Just left this delightful inn. Tom and Mary are incredibly gracious hosts. Breakfast was delicious, the room inviting. They get all of the details right! Easy highway access for those traveling. Would love to return some day!

My boyfriend and I were in Louisville for a comedy show two weeks ago. I had arranged for us to stay at Austin's that night. Upon arrival, we pulled through the electronic gates and were greeted by the Austin couple. They were extremely kind and welcoming. Both were outfitted in 'Austin's Place' aprons making it feel like we were checking-in... More

Spent the weekend here to visit the Actor's Theatre. Innkeepers were friendly and helpful, but professional. Clean & quiet room, comfortable bed, delicious breakfast. Walked downtown and to NuLU. A good value and a good location. Would stay here again without a second thought.

Truly our home for two nights. Tom and Mary were very gracious hosts and provided us with all of the comforts of home. The rooms were well appointed ensuites filed with beautiful antiques. Tom and Mary also had a wealth of knowledge of the area recommending excellent restaurant options. Currently located to the city center and interstate 65. A few... More

It's wonderful to stay at a place where there was nothing to complain about! Staying at this B&B for 3 nights with friends was a fantastic experience--warm & friendly innkeepers, great breakfasts, very clean and comfortable rooms, lots of exercise climbing up 2 flights of stairs, use of a guest refrigerator, bottled water in room, good value, etc. Mary and... Tom and Mary were so easy to talk with. Very unobtrusive yet super friendly. The place is actually 2 Victorian homes merged together. Very nicely decorated with lots of books, DVD s to watch as well as a dart board pool table and many sitting areas. The room was fabulous with all the amenities. We walked to town one day... More

This B&B is on the edge of the Old Louisville area, close to the Interstate. It is very easily accessed, with off-street parking in a gated area. The two houses, side by side, are really one facility, with several gathering areas and dining areas. Tom and Mary are exceptional hosts, and made us feel very much a part of their... More

The hosts were attentive and informed, as well as more than happy to give us a tour through their antique filled 3 storied homes. Breakfast was a well prepared and graciously presented, with appropriate setting and ambiance, on our morning time frame. Spinach and portabello omelette with home fries, country ham, biscuits, et al. Highly recommended as an alternative to... More
