Very good experience. Comfortable bed and room was very clean. Liked the restaurant options and Baskin Robbins within walking distance. I noticed the jacuzzi by the pool was still out of service. Not a problem for us.

Very comfortable property, large rooms, adequate breakfast. Excellent location for Keeneland, University of Kentucky or downtown. Nice indoor pool although we didn't use it. Lots of easy exits to various areas of the parking lot.

We stayed at this hotel for one night as we were traveling throughout Kentucky on vacation. Our room was average, but the carpet was filthy. Many stains on both carpet and upholstery. Good location, and the service was fine. But it honestly reminded me more of a Sleep Inn than a Comfort Suites. Just kind of dirty and in general disrepair. Definitely not what I had in mind when I booked the room. I checked out a couple days early and found a nice Hyatt Place for $30 less per night.

If your are coming for the horse-races, then this is the place to stay. Probably the cheapest accommodation in the area. The staff here truly show the hospitality of the south. We had 3 nights in 3 different hotels. We stayed in Comfort Suites the first night and it just went downhill from there. Comfort Suites was nice and cozy. It was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was very good - including waffles, cheese omelettes, sausage, fruit, cereal, juices, etc. I will be looking for more Comfort Suites... More

This hotel is dated, the desk clerk was not overly friendly and the pool is too cold to enjoy. The hot tub is still out of service. They allow pets but are not what I would call pet friendly. We discovered two charges on our account from this hotel and upon speaking with the hotel registration we were told there was a "broken lamp" in our room when the maid entered to clean. We certainly did not break a lamp and had we of we would have reported it to the front desk! They refuse to remove the charge... More
