We stayed at the Swann's Nest for the first time last year. The setting is absolutely perfect for a visit to Lexington. The host was very helpful and hospitable. We were invited to stay for dinner, but had other plans. Offered a full breakfast, but unfortunately we don't eat a big breakfast. When we arrived there was coffee and snacks... More

We spent two nights at the Swann's Nest during our visit to the Bourbon Trail. Our two nights there were the best night of our trip. The house was beautiful, both inside and out, and the innkeeper (Adam, who was filling in for Jason) was extremely friendly and helpful. dam and the house were set up to be extremely welcoming.... Our family just had the best experience at Swan's Nest B&B. Large and newly remodeled room with new (Pottery Barn) bathroom (also large). Loved the garden patio. We could see horses outside our windows (how Kentucky is that?) and even had a chance to watch Jason feed the mares. We felt like we were at home there. Jason and Anna... More

My daughter and I travelled to Lexington for her 16th birthday. I found the perfect mix of privacy and service there with Jason. The grounds were perfectly maintained and the room was quite comfy. The balcony off the room was the perfect place for an evening class of wine overlooking the fish ponds and garden.

Our room was comfortable on the second floor overlooking the garden. The B & B is currently undergoing renovation and expansion. This did NOT impact our stay at all. It should be completed soon. The website seemed to indicate that "Rosalie" ran the B & B but has since retired and Jason has done a fine job of transition. We... More

The Swann's Nest was the first place we stayed on our exploration of the Bourbon Trail. Jason was a fantastic host. He's laidback and easy going and made us feel right at home. The grounds are beautiful and it was a treat to walk around the property. We loved seeing the horses and walking with the dogs. Our room was... More

We fell in love with the Swanns Nest before we ever stepped foot in the house. What a beautiful setting! Long driveway, pastures with horses grazing, and a very open and comfortable home. Jason was an excellent host, even provided his cell number should we need anything while out and about. Our room was very nice and clean with plenty... More

Green pastures.....beautiful mare's.....peaceful gardens.....sipping champagne on the Garden Room balcony overlooking all! And then they made us breakfast!!! Jason is a wonderfully comfortable host. For dinner he recommended a fantastic restaurant experience less than 5 minutes away. Perfect.

Wonderful environment and beautiful landscape. We were treated like family with a royal touch. I haven't been so relaxed in months! We were directed to a wonderful restaurant and given stellar service there as well.
