I lived here for 10yrs and decided to have a staycation. I used my military rate but the cost was still quite expensive. The rooms were clean, bed was comfortable and had a great view of Triangle Park. I would stay again!

Have stayed here many times on business trips. Very convenient to Rupp Arena and the convention center. Clean and comfortable rooms. Staff has always been courteous. My biggest complaint is that for all the cost of the room, you still have to pay extra for wifi. Now they say that they have wifi in areas, but in all my stays,... More

This was my first trip back to Lexington after moving and I was excited to stay downtown. I wish I'd stayed elsewhere. The first complaint is the staff -- for a super-friendly town, they've sure found an unfriendly group to work here. Next up -- the gym. I went once -- it's small, dark, and depressing. And some helpful employee... More

Dear JoeMR, Thank you for taking the time to comment on your stay. I apologize for it not being what you expected. I'm sorry you found some of our associates to be not friendly. We pride ourselves for our service and this is upsetting to hear. If possible I would like to discuss with you further so I can get... More

Great location and very fast check in and out! We were there visiting horse farms and found the location easy. Very quiet and clean. I would stay here again! Staff was also friendly and helpful when needed

Was in Lexington for a conference and opted to stay at the Hyatt rather than the Hilton where the conference was being held. There is a system of covered, elevated walkways that make getting between these hotels and other buildings seamless. This was really helpful since it was pouring rain a few days and I didn't need to carry an... More

I was here for a conference. The conference facilities are generally quite good, though noise drifted from one room to adjoining rooms through the amplification system, meaning that we had to do without the mikes at times. As a conference hotel, this place has the benefit of being in downtown, near lots of good restaurants and close to some of... More

We stayed here on a Saturday night booking 3 rooms for our family for an anniversary celebration. We asked upon check-in if our advance request for 2 of the rooms to be adjoining had been met, and the very friendly young girl (who evidently doesn't know what adjoining means) assured us "Yes!" and the third room is down the hall... We arrived just before check in time and there was a sea of nice but giddily hyper-active kids checking in for the state FFA convention. We had to wait a bit to get checked in, as the staff were dealing with the large volume of room check ins for the FFA kids. But given the somewhat chaotic scene the staff... More

Excellent conference site. When I checked in, Jen (front desk) was very conscientious about my room location. I had booked a king room, but it was located next to the elevator. I preferred a quieter space, so was given a double room waaaaay down the hall. The double room was quite comfortable and suited me perfectly. Bed was very comfortable... More

The amenities of this hotel are great for the conference setting. Easy access to the main conference rooms from the rooms. The conference rooms were a bit small and spread out, but comfortable enough. A nice restaurant and bar on the lobby level, plus shops and a food court below are nice perks. It is a good location for venturing... More
