I was only in Lexington for the night, but the Hyatt made my quick trip quite pleasant, and one that I'd like to repeat. Rooms were nicely appointed and staff were super friendly. Open lobby area was comfortable and hotel restaurant was good. Free shuttle to the airport-- a refreshing value all the way around.

What a delightful hotel experience! Parking was convenient, if not covered, and free. Check in was quick and easy and the upgrade I had requested was cheerfully given and was wonderful~-Top floor, corner room, park side with free wi-fi. What more could one ask? Our room was spacious, clean and quiet, and, just an elevator ride down to the convention... More

I really enjoyed this hotel. IT was a good overall experience. The one thing to note is that on Sunday evening the mall/food court that is attached to this hotel and Rupp Arena is shutdown, as was most of the restaurants located within a few blocks of the hotel.

I attend several conventions a year at the Lexington Convention Center. This is the perfect location since it is connected to the Center. I always choose to pay a little more for the location. Several unique restaurants are within walking distance. The park in back is lovely. Parking is easy as well. The hotel has been updated and is well... More

A pleasant surprise to find a downtown luxury hotel with free parking and wi-fi as too many hotels of this type charge extra for both. Both worked out OK, although the parking is in an uncovered lot across the street. Hotel adjoins arena and a sizeable indoor shopping mall. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Just OK, really pricey all around, coffee bar, bar, room, etc. Luckily it is close enough to walk to a variety of hip places to eat, some good shops, etc. The check in online is quick, and I would recommend doing that, but you have to request a second key if you choose that option. The room was not in... More

We booked our room through Priceline's Express Deals knowing we might not get a double room. I called to find out we had been booked a king sized room with our kids. Checking in, I asked if we could upgrade and the very nice lady said she could get us in an accessible room with a double bed and that... More

I had a room on the 10th floor by the elevator. That means I could hear the 'ding ding' of the elevator. Not a fun experience. Also, this property only has two routers (for 16 floors) and they are placed in such a way that floors 9 and 10 have connections that get interrupted constantly. Because there is no signal... More

My family and I stayed at the Hyatt on March 15th. First thing, there were NO clean rooms when we were told we could check in at 3pm. My wife and daughter had to take their purses into Rupp arena at a sold out concert (which the hotel manager didn't know about) Next, when we finally got into the room,... More

To start my room wasn't ready by my 3:00 check in, so I had to store my bags in a closet and carry my purse into the concert with me, which was horrible in an arena with 20,000. Then my tv doesn't work, they said "yes that happens a lot. Then the room next to us used curse words for... More
