The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. We stayed in a queen suite (2 queen beds and a sitting area) and there was plenty of room for four. The location is wonderful - close to downtown and close to Keeneland and horse farms. I would definitely stay here again.

No complaints about the hotel itself-- nice, clean rooms; good breakfast; friendly staff; practically on UK campus. We stayed in the back of the hotel, however, and a train went by several times throughout the night. Didn't blow it's horn or anything, but still a nuisance.
Room was spacious and clean, location was close to downtown and campus. Breakfast was good. The trains did not bother us.
Nice hotel here... fairly new, but customer service in the friendliness areas are not that great.
