There is nothing really bad about this property. The front desk personnel was friendly and helpful. Parts of it, such as the lobby, appear to have had a facelift. But the outside appears run-down and the room was awkward and not as clean as I would like. It was shaped strangely so moving around was tight and we had to... More

Stayed here for 5 nights to attend a family function. Got a very early check in from the front desk. Sweet!! Rooms are a bit smaller than other Springhill Suites I've stayed in but beds just as comfy. Nice breakfast area kept well stocked. Busy hotel, behind a Mexican restaurant , around the parking lot...they tell you to "turn at... More

SpringHill is one of those very standardized chains which tends to be much newer than other similar chains, and this one is exactly that. Front desk staff was helpful, though they were understaffed for a rush of evening arrivals and people needing help of various kinds. Parking lot is sort of a pain to get in and out of off... More

My 10 year old daughter and I stayed here over the weekend for her team to compete in the Bluegrass State Games Soccer Tournament. We have stayed in several hotels in Lexington through the years for the Bluegrass State Games and I can honestly say that this was by far the best hotel. My daughter’s teammates stayed at a different... More

Very clean and nice staff. Free breakfast was also a plus. My only criticism is that while there were actual glassware in the rooms the breakfast bar was all Styrofoam plates, plastic silverware, plastic cups and throw-away everything. It is not that I am above the occasional Styrofoam plate, I just found it to be very wasteful. No recycling what... More

A very nice typical Marriott hotel. Clean and very nice staff. Complimentary breakfast. Right down the street from the UK campus and Rupp Arena. Right in front of the Red Mile and near Keeneland, Bourbon Trail and the gorgeous horse country.

This hotel is very clean and the decor is bright and cheerful. However, the suite is smaller than other hotels we have stayed in and only has one tv. The pool is also very small. However, the staff is friendly. There is complimentary breakfast, but it is somewhat basic in terms of the offerings.

We arrived very late, but still wanted to see some nightlife. The night manager gave great recommendations and helped find a cab to campus. We came in late to his greeting and offer of the pool/hot tub. Breakfast was decent, coffee was fresh, faces were friendly!

I was assaulted by the chlorine as soon as I stepped through the foyer. The pool is right at the check-in desk. Check-in personnel was just average, ex. told me there was breakfast in a.m., but never mentioned what hours. Placed us in a room beside the pool and again had to deal with the chlorine smell in the hall.... More

Clean, comfortable, quiet and close to UK. Excellent value for the price ($100/night). Breakfast was better than any of the Springhill Suites we've stayed at and included crossiants, French Toast with fresh strawberries, sausage, eggs, pastries, bagels, muffins, oatmeal, cereal, coffee, tea, milk, juices and yogurt. The breakfast hostess was very nice and on top of refilling any low items... More
