My normal hotel in Lexington is the Marriott Griffin Gate, but my husband balked at the price and suggested we check out other hotels this time since we were just stopping overnight. At exit 110 off I-75, I was happy to see a Hampton Inn, which is my second choice after Marriott hotels. However, it was located next to a... more

Traveling thru KY new yrs' eve.It seemed like a good stop. Their parking lot was wel lit. It looked like a better choice than the dark parking lots of the other adjacent motel chains. At one of the rest stops we had picked up motel coupon booklet. When we asked what the rate was the clerk quoted $89. Asked if... more

We stayed in this hotel on the way to Florida with the kids and found it to be comfortable, convenient to the highway, restaurants, and shopping. We had checked out the reviews here before we booked and we were not disappointed. The room was fine, the bathroom was clean, the breakfast was great and the price was good. We would... more

My husband & I just spent a few nights at the Country Inn & Suites in Lexington, Kentucky - mostly on recommendation from the reviews on TripAdvisor - and we couldn't have been more pleased. For the rate we got, this was a great stay. Lexington horse country (and bourbon country!) is beautiful anyway, but this hotel made our stay... more

What a total disappointment for the price! The air conditioner barely kept the room habitable (very hard to sleep), the room smelled stale, and we had to park across the street in a poorly lit area because the tiny parking lot (which seems to be a consistent feature of this hotel chain) was completely full. The desk staff, although pleasant,... more

So-called four star hotels could learn a lot from hotels like this one, from service to quality to friendliness, to decor. We get a whirlpool suite. The beds are comfortable, the rooms and entire hotel are clean. The pool is nice. Everything is maintained. Plus, this is a chain that encourages reading by providing books. I may be an adult,... more

Have stayed at this hotel year after year. Usually very full but they are always consistent in cleanliness. Pool is small but sparkling and no one ever seems to use it. Beds are comfortable and rooms are clean. 1 minute off the highway and close to a lot of restaurants, gas stations and attractions. more

I stayed at the Country Inn & Suites in Lexington and absolutely fell in love with the hotel. The furnishings are as nice as any hotel and the huge breakfast is complimentary. They bake Otis Spunkmeyer cookies fresh every night. For the money, this is a great place to stay. more
