We stayed at one night with 2 adults, 3 kids and 1 dog. We had 2 double beds and found the room to be clean but small. Not much extra floor space. The breakfast was great. Fresh cut up fruit, eggs, sausage, rolls, muffins, cereal, etc. Staff was helpful and answered all of our requests promptly. more

The Hampton Inn I-75 is an older facility that has been well-maintained, and is staffed by pleasant friendly people. The room has Very Good seating, shelf space for luggage, and lighting. The bed was OK but the pillows were only Fair. The AC unit was noisy. The bathroom was average, with a small sink area (little counter space), but which... more

This was an older property so there was no refrigerator, etc. in the room. The ironing board was broken and rusted (though they were kind enough to provide a new one). The sheets were put on the bed wrong and didn't smell clean. I bought a pillow-slip at Walmart to go over theirs. The beds didn't have the heavenly mattress... more

Although it had received 1 slightly negative review in trip advisor, I stayed at this Hampton Inn on my long drive with my dog from Florida to New Hampshire. Why? Because of the GOOD reviews and rating it had received, my own experience with Hampton Inns in the past, its location along I-75, and its pet friendliness. The surrounding grounds,... more

Check in was kind of strange for us. We arrived about 5:30 and were given a key, but the clerk said our room would have no running water for the next two hours. She said they were expecting a plumber to work on our part of the building and that he would be done by 7:30. When we said we... more

This is a really nice hotel. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Staff is really helpful with directions and the like, and they are fast. The location is fantastic - on a quiet exit off I-75, that allows you a back entrance to the restaurants and shopping just south on Man O' War turnpike - - all of the benefits, and... more

Excellent stay on our way to Gatlinburg. We will be staying there again this year on another trip to the Smokies. I travel quite a bit and rarely write reviews on Tripadvisor, but this is one of those exceptions. Great stay for my family. more

Stayed here for a second time because they allow pets. Originally booked a room at another pet-friendly hotel closer to Keeneland but they called the day before we were scheduled to arrive and said they were sold out. Everyone at the Hampton Inn is efficient and nice. Even the customers (many of whom are pet owners) had good attitudes. Great... more
