After 9 hours on the road we were looking forward to staying in a nice, quiet hotel to rest up for the next leg of our trip. This Doubletree is located in a strip mall but upon entering the hotel we were impressed with the beauty of the interior. The front desk staff was efficient but a bit impersonal. When... more

I have never been disappointed when staying at Doubletree Hotels. This is another property that exceeded my expectations. My suite room was clean, comfortable and relaxing. The bathroom was very large and was equipped with a whirlpool tub. There were two televisions - one in the living room area and the other in the bedroom. This hotel offered a fitness... more

My husband and I go to Lexington for the horse races twice a year and always stay at the Doubletree. We even stayed there when it was a Sheraton. Peter at the front desk is top notch and always a bright spot in our day. We don't eat at the restaurant so I can't comment on that but if it's... more

My children and I stayed at the Doubletree for one night only - I was hosting a small reunion of Lexington high school friends, and as we now live in Chicago, we needed a place to host the get-together. Checking into the hotel was fairly easy however we did have to work with the check in clerk to make sure... more

I've stayed at this hotel several nights during the last month and I like this hotel very much. The rooms have French doors that open to the outside which is a great feature. You can totally avoid that stale "hotel air" that happens when there's no ventilation. Plus the rooms have ceiling fans, so you can sit there, do your... more

Literally, we got the last room in Lexington during the ice storm. 700,00 folks without power (including us) and we went there to see when the power would come back on on the first night. more

The room was a suite with a very large Jacuzzi tub. The man at the desk told me most of the rooms were like that. The hotel has been recently completely redone and is very nice. The bar is fun and the people there were great. more

I arrived at the property. It is located toward the back and center of a shopping plaza. The entrance to the inside of the building gives a sudden impact to me as you see an open atrium with balconies all around you and an outdoor-type theme. Service was excellent. From what I was told, a $6 million dollar renovation was... more

I stayed at this hotel March 27-30, 2008. I had some misgivings concerning this hotel due to the reviews that I read but it was convenient to where I needed to be. The hotel is great. Everyone that I came into contact was friendly and helpful. The fitness room was small but adequate and I appreciated that they had clorox... more

My family and I had a great time at this hotel! The staff was wonderfull and the rooms were nice and spacious. The hotel is beginning to go through a renovation (posters everywhere) but, as far as I could tell from my stay it did not effect our stay. Overall wonderfull experience and would go back there whenever in Lexington. more
