At check in the front desk didn't tell me that I was entitle to free breakfast, I found out on my own a week later. Everyday the cleaning service would leave something out of my room, no face towel, no soap, no lotion, no mouthwash to which I constantly had to ask for. The bathtub faucet had a leak that... More

The Four Points-Lexington is "Born Again"! My wife & I just visited the grand reopening of this hotel. I have known this place since it was opened (as Hilton) back in the early 70's. What a transformation! The renovation rivals some of the nicest European hotels. From the moment you enter, this hotel welcones you with its open design that is... More

Two female relations and one of their husbands came to Lexington to assist with my brother's estate sale. I specifically searched for two double beds before settling on the Sheraton for the reservation. I was extremely displeased to learn the next morning that upon arrival to the hotel, they were told the hotel was oversold and they would have to... More

I got this hotel through Priceline and was told it was a $140/night hotel, it is not. This is at best should have motel status, not Sheraton status. We showed up to the hotel and were told there were no keys for our room and every time we left our room, someone would have to come open our door for... More

This is a joke. Front desk staff was totally inappropriately dressed. Hotel was under construction which was not disclosed. Had to finally go to a third room to find something acceptable. Heater would not turn off so I had to pull the plug out of the wall. Construction people are still working at 7 PM. I had to approach them... More

STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK! This place smelled, is was completely run down, and lacked all the "normal" conveniences that you should expect from a hotel! During our BRIEF stay while attending the 2015 Rolex, the elevators didn't work properly, and the "24 hr security" locks were hanging from a wire and completely inoperable. The housekeeping staff helped themselves to... More

My friend and I recently spent 4 nights here for Road to the Horse. I had previously stayed here about 10 years ago and it was great. To my chagrin it was disgusting. When we entered the hotel we thought we were in the wrong place. The floor was torn up and there was a tiny desk for check in.... More

I stayed in the Four Points Sheraton in Lexington for one night. I just needed a place to sleep and get a shower so I wasn't concerned about the pool being closed during the renovation. The hotel is currently 3 stars and I think when the renovation is complete it will be 3.5 stars. My room was clean and renovated... More

As a platinum SPG member, we often stay here because of the points and our loyalty to Starwood. That changed today. While the Four Points is usually fine for an overnight stay in Lexington, our recent stay was a train wreck. Upon walking into the building, the entire floor was torn up, the front desk is gone, with a make... More

Pros: nice library (fake!) Has a bar. Property is under "renovation", and apparently has been for several months when I checked the last few reviews of the property. What is taking so long? I am in construction - very similar type. They need to speed it up! Internet was virtually non-existent. Knowing that proximity near an access point is key,... More
