When we first checked into this hotel, I was extremely pleased at the appearance. This hotel was immaculately clean. It even smelt clean! I was so pleased when we walked into our room. The room was exremely larger than average and was perfect for what we needed. It had two large beds. When we turned on the ac, it made a loud noise, so we called the front desk and they immediatley sent someone out. He said that to repair it, he'd have to replace the whole unit, so they switched our room. This was no problem, as we were in no hurry. As we walked into the next room I noticed it was a much smaller than the first, and just didn't smell as clean like the other. Still, no problem. BUT, as I went to take a shower, I looked up to see a DIRTY washclothe lying over the shower curtain rod. Unfortunately, the cleaning service didn't clean this bathroom well at all.
