I am a VERY loyal Hilton Honors member and try my best to stay at only Hiltons whenever I can. I was very excited that this was now a Hilton as I used to stay at a Hilton further outside of downtown. I travel to Lexington several weeks a month. What a shock to find out that this "renovated hotel"... more

We are still attempting to contact this guest. Prior to changing to the Hilton status, we renovated half of our guestrooms, all common areas, and meeting space as part of the $13 million renovation to become the "Unique Kentucky Experience." Final completion for the remainder of the guestrooms is scheduled for early 2010. We chose to keep our Select Comfort...

A nice hotel near the centre of NY, I was here with work and the location was very handy, the hotel is nice for the price I expected a bit better quality but I suppose it is NY, the room was slightly small and could do with an upgrade but it was clean and had everything I needed. more

Very disappointed in the stay. I traveled with my husband on a business trip and thought I would go with him and relax while he was in his meetings. Wrong. They are doing major renovations. I understand that the construction crew has to do their work but we were put in a room next door to one of the rooms... more

I had some issues with my previous stay, next thing i know i had an e- mail from the manager apologizing for what went wrong on my stay he was so nice and understanding he even invited us back when the renovations are done. I never expected to be contacted by some one, that really shows they care about costumers.... more

I stayed here a couple years ago when it was a Radisson and was fooled when I revisited Lexington by the name change of the property. The location is brilliant if you're looking for a room in the heart of downtown Lexington, but the hotel itself could use some serious renovations. While staff are overly friendly and the lobby/outside appearance... more

Our Hotel is in the process of undergoing a 13 million dollar renovation, which includes completely renovating the guestrooms and bathrooms. We are in the process of phase one that includes upgrading all upper level rooms with flat screen tv's and new bathroom floors, shower rods, etc. You will be surprised when returning, especially if you are a Hilton HHonors...

As a solo business traveler, I usually use valet parking mostly for security reasons. I could not find the valet, so I parked in one of the cramped parking spaces. I then had to maneuver around to find the hotel. Which is: enter the elevator, read the confusing directions, exit the elevator and still try to find the hotel. Even... more

I apologize about your confusion about the parking, it is a little confusing, but the plus is we are the only hotel in town to offer covered parking - and complimentary too. If you return again and there is no valet, please feel free to park in the loading zone and give your keys to the front desk, we will...

This property was a Radisson until recently. I stayed there a few times then and also enjoyed it. Now that it is a Hilton, it has taken a turn for the worse. Made reservations in January for two rooms at this property on the Executive Floor - $20/nt more. Perhaps if I had just taken a regular room I wouldn't... more

By the way, this is a Hilton now. They are doing a number of renovations. The public areas are pretty nice and the staff was very friendly. If you're attending an event at Rupp Arena, the location is great. I wasn't, so I left the area for two hours during a Kentucky game to get away from the noise. The... more
