We are a family of 4 with two teenage boys. We traveled from Perth,Western Australia to Kentucky to do the Bourbon Trail. Our stay was for 6 nights in this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were in #216, the room was modern and clean, with 2 comfortable queen size beds. There is a comfortable corner lounge that... More

Stayed here a couple of weeks ago with my Mom for a visit with an elderly family member that lives nearby in assisted living. The hotel was conveniently located off I-75 and close to every chain restaurant/store known to man in the adjacent Hamburg shopping area. We stayed for 2 nights in a 2 queen suite, beds were extremely comfortable... More

My wife and I stayed here one night while traveling south. We had made reservations and were greeted promptly upon arriving. The people at the front desk were very helpful when asked about local restaurants. Accomodations were up to date, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was better than most "free" breakfasts available at hotels like Hampton, etc.... More

We stayed for two nights to attend a wedding and although the location was central it also resulted in lots of traffic and congestion for coming and going to the hotel. This weekend was UK homecoming as well as host to a comic event and some sort of a little girls dance competition so was EXTREMELY busy. In addition to... More

Stayed at this property on the top floor for four nights based on previous reviews by Trip Advisor customers. Our first room had many stains on the carpet, but otherwise was very clean. Problem was that this room overlooks I-75, and we were not able to sleep at night due to the constant stream of trucks using their engines to... More

Carpet in my room was stained. A/C was very noisy. I arrived right at 9am for breakfast and was told they were out of hot food. Location was pretty good but the hotel, in my estimation, was not up to standards. This is the second stay in a row for Hyatt Place that didn't meet my expectations (which are pretty... More

I stayed here last night and found the room larger than I expected with ample room to move about. The lobby looked modern and the front desk staff proved very friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoyed having a call of the WSJ Weekend Edition availble at check in. Breakfast that next morning tasted fresh and served with a smile. I will... More

We were five couples doing our annual Bourbon Trail Trip and stayed here for two nights. The rooms were very nicely appointed and the breakfast buffet was exceptional - probably the best out there. On our last night, after a ghost tour at Buffalo Trace Distillery, we enjoyed some pizzas in the lobby dining area. My only complaint was the... More

I stayed here for a wedding in Lexington in early August. My family actually had a total of 4 rooms at this hotel and we all enjoyed. The room was spacious enough to share with our two children and had everything we needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This hotel is located in a really nice area where... More

We stayed 4 nights. The hotel is very well located near Man-O-War and 75. The windows are insulated but the traffic noise is still loud if on the east side. Breakfast is the same everyday. Plenty of hot water and clean towels. The hotel was clean with friendly staff. Tons of place to eat and shop nearby
