Hotel looks decent on the outside, room numbering follows no pattern easy to get lost. My 2 y/o daughter woke up with what appeared to be small red bites, all over her belly and legs. I will never stay here again, staff appeared lackadaiscal when i complained. Find another place, even if means paying more. more

We arrived and were greeted kindly but given the wrong way to our room. Walked around trying to find our way with our luggage. Room was fine, but asked for a block of rooms and to be put in the same hallway. We were on all 3 fllors of the hotel. No signs to navigate through the hotel. Very confusing... more

When I check in to my room I noticed that there were bugs in my shower, the front desk moved my room and said I was getting an “upgrade” the room smelled like trash. I as I was leaving my room I ran into a employee and asked way it smelled like trash he laughed saying they had not had... more

Our trash is picked up on a daily basis as well. Thank you for the kind remarks regarding the restaurant. I will share your concerns with the entire...

I have stayed at this hotel a few times now because I like it so much. It's such a warm, cozy atmosphere that makes you feel at home. In the lobby, they have warm apple cider and hot chocolate for guests along with a nice fireplace. The rooms are super cozy as well. And the beds are the best EVER.... more

We went during the recent ice storm and a found large, well-equiped room with Tempur-pedic bedding. Very clean room with large bathroom also. The place was packed but had a very quiet evening with no noise from adjacent rooms. Extremely friendly staff...couldn't have been a nicer stay. more

When my husband and I arrived at the hotel we couldn't believe how warm and inviting the people were. The rooms were very nice but a little small. We headed to the dining room for some lunch and couldn't believe the buffet they had. Roast beef and chicken and salads and deserts. wow. The service was really good and the... more

The outside of the place is really nice...colonial style. The inside is a little tacky. The room we had had no fire sprinklers, but instead, we had holes in our walls where the must have once been. The room was large and standard. Bathrooms were dated. We were told we were staying in one of their "renovated" rooms, but nothing... more

You have to appreciate this hotel for what it is. It has been around a long time, and retains the charm of a by gone era. The beds are all tempur-pedic which is great imo. The rooms are fine, bathrooms are all small. They have older hvac systems, so getting the temp right takes a bit of experimenting. They have... more

I can't even tell you how disappointed I am in this hotel. First of all, we had to park in the back of the hotel and go through an unattended area to get to our room. Reminded me of a cheap motel. The hallways smelled like Lysol which was very unappealing. Also, the empty coffee cup and garbage that someone had... more
