This hotel was a delight. The rooms here are spacious and the beds and pillows comfortable. Clearly this is a new hotel, and the staff are conscious of maintaining a positive image. What a beautiful hotel. Everything was wonderful from the lobby, to the elevator to the room. Breakfast was nice - could have been better prepared for the large number of people staying at the hotel, but other than that I would stay here time and time again. The room was incredible. Any time you stay at a newly built hotel, (from my experience) you usually can factor on the following: cleansiness, quality rooms and staff and good location. Of course, there's also a lack of information on the establishment. We used our priority points for this hotel and decided to go for it. Let me tell you, it was worth it.... more

Stopped here with my family on the way to the Smoky Mountains for fall break. This hotel was a few miles off of our travel path but thought the new hotel (open 3 months) and complimentary breakfast would be worth it - AND IT WAS. I used my Priority Club points but I would have been happy to have paid.... more

New hotels are always good, especially the nice new plush towels. Hotel was pleasant and staff was fine, nothing special. Reservation was as requested. Very good bed, pillows and lighting in room, and excellent seating; poor shelf space, that is room to place luggage, etc. Bathroom: shower very good, counter space very good, towels excellent. Security and location very good. more
