I called the Hatfield Inn at 2:30am on Thursday, January 28, 2016 due to an emergency situation. I spoke with one of the staff there (I wish I could remember her name) and she was so amazingly nice and so supportive and understanding about my situation. She took care of my needs and actually went above and beyond what was... More

Staff was extremely friendly, lobby was sparkling clean, rooms were sparkling clean, sheets and bedding was Snow White and everything smelled so fresh! I loved my stay here. I recommend this hotel! This is a pet friendly hotel, there is a small fee but it's well worth it. Breakfast was free and very good!

We didn't stay here because the rooms are just too pricey for leitchfield ky. We stayed in etown 25 miles away. Really 109.00 a nite to stay in leitchfield.. what a joke.its not exactly a tourist town.

Made reservation approx. 2 months in advance over the phone because I couldn't find a website or photos, which made me nervous. No confirmation number or anything. When we walked in everything was perfect, just gave our last name, signed one form, and off to the room. We stayed in a hot tub suite which was actually a big square... More

The Hatfield Inn was the only lodging in Leitchfield we could find but the establishment proved to be very nice. The staff was very helpful in suggesting a eating place we could get a good meal (Farmers Feed Mill Restaurant). The inn was well landscaped and the breakfast was outstanding. Our room was very clean and a bit unusual in... More

Clean semi modern room . Nice staff. Wifi . All you could ask for when in this small town.they also let me check in early. There is no gym or pool . This is the only hotel around for miles. I would recommend it to anyone staying in the area . Also I don't think they have HBO

We stayed for 3 nights, originally booking only one night, just to see if we liked the hotel. If we had not liked it, the plan was to spend the other 2 nights in Etown. We liked the hotel -- the room and the entire facility was clean. Everyone was friendly. The breakfast was delicious. The bed was very comfortable,... More

Okay so I got past the fact the woman behind the counter seemed not to see me as I stood at the counter. When she did check me in I overlooked the fact she didn't tell me where my room was located, that the hotel did not have an elevator, that I was on the second floor or where the... More

I am very sorry that your stay here was a bad experience. I will have a talk with my employees about the wake up calls as I know that they are very important. I was not here during your stay so was unaware of the problems you had until I came back to work today. If you are ever back... More

My extended family stayed here over a weekend to attend my nephew's wedding. One of my brothers reserved a suite and another brother and I each had regular rooms. All the rooms were clean, nicely decorated and up-to-date. We gathered one night in the suite which was roomy enough for 8 of us to socialize. The second night after the... More

Horrific experience. Was locked out of our rooms supposedly for smoking even though neither my wife nor i smoke. We called the police and had them inspect the room, they even told the receptionist that there wasn't any smell, didn't matter, the Hatfield Inn proceded to charge us $130 for a night we didn't stay and an additional $450 for...
