The hotel was a great stay for our visit, no complaints at all. The staff that we met was very helpful for the time we were there. The room was very clean and we had a great nights rest. We would stay again and would recommend to any traveller in the area.

We needed a clean place to stay for the night preferably with breakfast and an in room fridge. We got just that because seating space is limited as in any small hotel. Staff was ok. Room was clean. Breakfast was nice and we brought it back to our room. A/c unit had a constant fan option which I like for... More

We stayed the weekend of the derby, so I understand why it was so busy, BUT we had made reservations MONTHS before our stay, requesting two rooms next to one another for a bachelorette party. We were told that request wouldn't be an issue. Once we arrived at 3:00p.m. we were told that only one of the rooms were available... More

Recently updated hotel just outside of Louisville. The good-clean rooms, comfy beds, close to lots of restaurants and a decent breakfast. The just okay-hotel seemed a little noisy and staff wasn't overly friendly or helpful. We came in and out several times and were rarely greeted. Most of the noise seemed like just regular hotel noise but it seemed like... More

Stayed for a couple nights on a business trip. Bed was Nice room was clean but small. Free breakfast area was small and very busy. During the breakfast time you cannot walk around the breakfast area without bumping into other people.

Stayed here while traveling through Louisville. The hotel apparently has been completely renovated. Everything seemed new, i.e. paint, decor, lamps, shower stall and bath. Room is very simple but very clean, and that was all I needed. My room was near and exit and the walls seemed a little thin when someone left or entered the building. I thought that... More

This is a basic Sleep Inn, nothing fancy. However, the front desk service was friendly and efficient. The location is quiet. The price was perfect and inexpensive. The room clean and with the basic Sleep Inn items: small closet, flat screen large television, shower (no bath), good bed, awful pillows (that's every Sleep Inn, I find). Breakfast was quite nice;... No wow factor here. Very nondescript hotel. Room was a little on the small side. They tried to compensate for that fact by having mirrors on every wall. No microwave or refrigerator, but it did have an in room coffee maker. Bathroom had a shower only no bathtub. Bed was comfy and afforded a good night's sleep. Channel choices on... More

We checked in here about 10pm after about 14 hours in the car from MN. We were barely greeted by the staff behind the desk. He made no attempts to ask us how we were doing and just stuck to typing our information into the computer. Mr. Personality, he was definitely not. Not that he was rude, but it seemed... More

Check in was fast and smooth, room was clean and recently renovated. New carpet smell in hallway but entered our room on the 3rd floor and reeked of cigarette. Desk clerk gave me a neutralizer spray and I bought an odor killer. We were there 4 days and it stilled had a strong smell. I wanted to make sure I... More
