We stayed here two nights while checking out Louisville, KY. The man that checked us in was very nice and accommodating. The room was average with less than average housekeeping. I noticed what looked to be stains from a spilled drink on the nightstand. I got a washcloth to wipe it off and moved the clock to get to it.... More

Stayed here two years ago so decided to stay here again. The rooms are still very clean, staff is very friendly. It is in a nice location with many restaurants and only 10 miles from Downtown Louisville. Breakfast is typical with eggs, sausage, cereal, etc.

We stayed one night on our way home from a family vacation. Hotel and rooms were clean and well-decorated. The only thing that surprised me was that our room didn't have a refrigerator or microwave. When I inquired at the front desk, I was informed they had been renovating and not all rooms had the refrigerators and microwaves replaced yet.... More

When it comes to staying at a hotel, we have expectations that must be met. Most importantly, cleanliness is a top priority and this hotel easily met our expectations. It is a well run property on the east side of Louisville in a very safe and quiet neighborhood very close to major shopping areas and restaurants. Next is comfort and... More

A nice, clean room waited for us. We had reservations and check-in was no problem. The room was small, but very efficient and exactly what was needed for a night's stay. We were, basically, just in the room to clean up and sleep. Breakfast was available and just a standard motel breakfast. Thank you, Sleep Inn.

Stayed here for the weekend at a rate of only $55/night. The hotel is in a great location with easy access on and off the interstate, lots of restaurants nearby, and an easy drive into Louisville. At check-in we had a little issue with our keys not working but after 2 trips back to the front desk we made it... More

Not a bad room for the price. Clean room, comfortable bed, hot shower. Everything that you would expect. The breakfast was good. The breakfast area is a little small, but the food was good. I would suggest that you get a room on the top floor. If there is someone staying above you you can hear them walking above you.

Arrived at check in. First impression: staff seemed like they'd rather be anywhere but there. The entire hotel smelled like Arby's sauce. Hallways are outdated and gross. Wi-Fi didn't work. Asked front desk about it. Woman told me they have computer problems. The three stooges behind the counter didn't apologize for the inconvenience and didn't seem to give a rat's... More

I would have given this establishment a 4 star rating had it not been for the dramatic issue with the WiFi. We stay in choice hotels 28 days a month. With that being said, I expect if there's an issue for it to be resolved and not a do it your own self attitude. We require WiFi for work and... More

The hotel was okay for the price. The lobby and hallways could use a spruce up but you get what you pay for. It certainly fit the bill for one night. The hotel was not noisy either and was convenient to find right off the freeway.
