I made reservations through Holiday Inn's Priority Club, and paid for it with Priority Club Points. I owed the hotel nothing. Nevertheless, the hotel charged me $104.50 at check out--they got my credit card from the Priority Club reservation. I explained that I had already paid for the room, and the manager said she would take care of the charge.... more

I stayed at this Hotel for the past 3 weeks and it is the nicest place in Hazard the hotel opened in May of 2007 more

I was charged by Travelocity when I booked the hotel, and then again by the hotel. I have spent a month trying to get credit back, but hotel denies charging me twice, even when I have credit card statements to prove it. They lied to travelocity, saying they never charged me. The manager was never available to take my calls,... more
