Took another trip to Bourbon country and again stayed at Beaumont Inn. As with the stay last year staff was friendly, food was great and the grounds were well kept. Only issue I had this year was reserved a silver room in main building but this one was in front of building and was smaller than the silver room in... More

Already plan to return! This was a first class experience all the way. Our room was lovely, clean and quiet. (Goddard Hall) We did a bourbon tasting with the owner, which was the highlight of the trip. Followed by dinner at The Old Owl Tavern downstairs. 9 of us all swore we ordered the best thing on the menu. I... More

The Beaumont Inn is a true touch of the Old South. We have only stayed in the house itself and never in the Greystone or Goddard Hall. The rooms in the house are comfortable. What we like about staying in the house is the closeness to the restaurants, the public rooms with all the memorabilia, and the rocking chairs on... More

The furnishing might not be for everyone but we LOVED it! Decorated in the Victorian fashion, it had the modern conveniences that we expect. We loved having drinks on the front porch. We wished we could have stayed longer and hope to go back soon .

This was the second in in a weeklong tour of Kentucky's bourbon country. Everything was delightful about this place - the rooms, the hospitality, the gentle elegance. We especially enjoyed the owl tavern for its lack of formality - and the dining room for its great southern food and easy formality. Overall we ended our week in Kentucky on a... More

I have stayed at the Beaumont Inn several times. Each visit was wonderful. I like to stay in the Main Building or the Greystone Building. Both are superb. The Beaumont was once a school for young southern girls from wealthy families. The atmosphere is gracious southern living. The food served at the Beaumont is the star of the Inn. The... More

Good value in an old historic hotel. Our room was large, comfortable and elevator accessible, not a given for a property of this age. Included breakfast was a plus, try the corn cakes with brown sugar syrup. Not far from Bourbon Trail tastings and the Shaker Village. The on property Old Owl Tavern had a very large selection of Bourbons... More

historic inn; made you feel like you stepped back in time; very spacious rooms and many different options; meals were excellent from breakfast to dinner; the Owl tavern had good food and atmosphere; walking distance to downtown Harrodsburg. old fort Harrod is near by; also on main st is an old drugstore/fountain with great fountain drinks and luncheonette.

We along with 3 other couples spent a weekend at the Beaumont Inn as part of a Bourbon Trail experience. The facities are beautiful and a step back in time, the food is very good, the bars are lively and the rooms well appointed. But what sets this place apart is the exceptional service. Just one example. We arrived early... More

The town of Harrodsburg, Kentucky has a number of things to brag about. Beautiful countryside of farms, long front lawns full of Kentucky blue grass, and an assortment of interesting places to visit, such as the Shaker village, a 3000 acre property that has tried to preserve the structural history of many existing buildings , that once belonged to this...
