Don't be turned off by the plain appearance of this lodge from the exterior. The nicest, friendliest folks will meet you and serve you once you step inside. They'll be family by the time you depart. Food is good but is typical southern fare. Start your diet after you leave. Kudos to the state of Kentucky for updating and decorating... More

There was a musty smell in the room when I arrived and several silverfish in the bathroom. Didn't think too much about it, but wish I had. It may not be the cause, but have been feeling horribly ill since the first morning there. It looks like it was a nice place in the early 1970's, but is being run... More

I've stayed at Kenlake twice now, and it continues to impress. Hats off to Kentucky Parks & Recreation for providing a well-maintained facility, with a gracious and helpful staff, on a gorgeous piece of property with spectacular lake views. The food is excellent, and for around $60 a night during the week, it's an amazing bargain. The pool area is... More

Pulled in on Sat night, big mistake! Tight roads, very small pads, cars and boats parked everywhere. Don't go if your trailer is over 20' on a weekend. After Saturday we were all alone in campground, was much better camping. Sites are very sloped so take lots of blocks to level with. Enjoyed the park, but will probably look for... More

Thank you for visiting our campground at Kenlake State Resort Park! Saturdays are a very busy time for us and are very high traffic accordingly. The size of the sites are an issue. The campground was designed in a time when most folks were either tent camping or pulling a small Airstream. It is our hope to be able to... More

We came to get away from it all and we did! We stayed in a two bedroom cabin that had a view of the lake and plenty of room. Amazing views, great boating and fishing and amazing food at the lodge for unbelievable affordable prices...you can tell the chef really pays attention to detail. We will be back!

We have been going to Kenlake State Park since 2010. The ground are well kept, the views are amazing, the people are friendly and the restaurant has good food. The rooms are nice, appear to have been remodeled not many years ago. The public areas need some updating but they are clean. The best thing about Kenlake is that it... More

Thank you for the review! Watching the construction of the new bridge across Kentucky Lake has been very interesting. Once completed the bridge will offer the addition of a 10 feet wide bike and pedestrian walkway connecting Kenlake State Park to Land between the Lakes National Recreation area! More

We made reservations for weekend getaway at Kenlake State park resort on July 4th. Now it's not the newest, or most up to date, but our stay was fantastic. It's location right in the middle of Land Between the Lakes is great. Rooms, and hotel slightly out dated, but relatively clean and comfortable. The desk receptionist was super! All in... More

We chose Kenlake State & Resort Park because of its central location and variety of accommodations. There are cabins, lodge and campground to choose from and we used them all. The lodge has a restaurant and pool. We rented a pontoon from the marina for an afternoon on the lake. Cabins and lodge have Wi-fi, cable TV and air-conditioning. Great... More

We were given a cabin at the bottom of the hill. It was not easy to pack everything down to it. The cabin had trash scattered around the outside garbage can when we arrived. The ground and area are beautiful. The lodge wasn't anything to go back to visit with so many other options.
