My fiance and I decided to stop in here and take a look around after visiting Carter Caves. It was raining the whole day, but we thought it'd still be a rather pretty day to view the area. We were poorly mistaken, the whole park was flooded and the water was brown and disgusting. However, parking was convenient because no... More

Grayson lake campground was nice as usual . The only bad thing is some sights are harder to get in than others because of the deep ditches by some if the sights. But we made it and all was great. Sight was roomy and level. If they were full hook up it would be great.

We have stayed there a few times. Some sights are very hard to get in . Reserve America doesn't do a very good job at describing them. Restrooms and showers are very clean. All workers we met were very nice and helpful. No complaints here.

I stayed here in early August 2013. The campground was easy access to the Grayson City so if you ran out of supplies a short 10 minute drive would take you to the town. The sites were paved by were not level by any means, some of them had quite a downhill drop you better make sure you were chocked... More

Don't know much about the campground but the lake is a great fishing spot for hard core bass fishers and crappie but there are no musky and catfish are few but the cats are large the boat rental is around180 -200 rollers but you get the boat from the time they open to the time they close So its worth... This was my first time at Grayson Lake State Park and I was very disappointed...The beach was closed...the guard said due to lack of funds the beach area would not be open this year. Would have been nice if they had told you that when you book your spots. The bathrooms were in bad shape...from Saturday night about 9pm until... More

We have gone to Grayson lake many times to camp. After going to Fallsburg Campground with cable hookup and the beautiful falls to look at. We will never go back to Grayson. Fallsburg is only about an hour away from Grayson. Nothing to do at Grayson campground. You can fish or go swimming at Falls campground

My husband and I have stayed at Grayson Lake several times in the last couple of years, and I must say that camp site #10 is AWESOME! it is the best for kids to play in the large bottom and still stay in plain sight. there are two bath houses close by either one is a close walk.

We just went there on 7-24-09. Campground was nice good size lots we stayed on lot 63. The only thing I would check is if your bringing a camper/rv You must make sure you get a flat site. Some of the sites are very steep. I saw a few scary setups with campers jacked up real high in the front... More
