My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Hall Place very much! Gary and Karen were wonderful hosts. Our room, "The Theadosia Room", was beautifully furnished and comfortable. Karen prepared a delicious, filling breakfast and even had time to sit down with us and give us the history of the house, the area, and her own family connection with historic... More

Hall Place is a nice building with a lot of history. The rooms were comfortable enough but crowded with knick knacks everywhere and my room didn't have a window. If you love a B&B like that, this is your place. The owner is very welcoming but talkative! She will also give a history of the house, area and her family... More

My husband and I took a week-end trip to Mammoth cave in October and stayed at Hall Place. The owners', Karin & Gary are an awesome couple. Very pleasant and both of them a wealth of history about the Bed & Breakfast and also the history of the town of Glasgow. The house was beautiful, comfortable and the breakfast was... More

Hall Place B&B is a good alternative to staying in a chain motel when visiting Mammoth Cave. It is a bit of a drive to the caves but it is reasonably priced. The decor was not exactly to my liking but that is a very personal preference and it is decorated to suit it being an historic building. I did... More

We flew into Glasgow to visit the caves and only stayed overnight, but finding Hall Place was a real charm. First, the innkeepers not only came to pick us up at the airport, but the next day they even drove us to the rental car place. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and we thoroughly enjoyed... More

I found Hall Place on hotels.com and thought I'd give it a try. I went for the night with my two sons who are 5 & 6 years old. The couple who run the place were both very sweet and had GREAT stories about the history of the home and the area! The Royce Suite was the perfect spot for... More

Without going into the horrid details I will summarize by stating that this is the worst experience I have endured in many decades of business and pleasure travel. Stay ended by being cursed on the telephone by the absent innkeeper,s husband. I was threatened and therefore called the Glascow, KY police who responded and took my complaint. Please contact the... We are sorry that your experience was so bad. I was out of town but when I got a phone call from my Inn keeper that you were very upset about no one being here for a 4 hour period and you used foul language to her that she had to call her husband out of fear. At that time... More

Hall Place is a perfect spot for downtown Glasgow and events. We stayed there for a show at the Plaza Theater. Enjoyed ourselves so much that we stayed another day due to rains and just an excuse to explore further. Karen & Gary are super hosts and make you feel very comfortable. They gave us insight on all we needed... More

Hall Place is a lovely historic home with an a fascinating past; when Karin and Gary told me the story I was amazed. Karin and Gary are the most sccomodating hosts and make me feel right at home every time I stay at Hall Place it is like coming home. Breakfast is special treat - especially Gary's homemade waffles. This house has quite the story. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. While we were eating a wonderful breakfast, they provided the history of the house...which was very interesting!! The setting is in downtown Glasgow, so there is a little small town noise, but, overall, the setting was wonderful. I would recommend Hall Place especially for travelers headed to... More
