This is a wonderful course to play and there is also a nice place to eat lunch or dinner at the Lodge across the street. Easy access off I-24 and close proximity to Paducah. The cost very reasonable and it is a course that can be walked as well.

AaronSC72 You've hit on another one of our "gems" here at Kentucky Dam. Our Perry Maxwell-designed golf course is great for all players. Mr. Maxwell truely understood we have folks who visit regularly as well as those who only play once or twice per year. It is a course to give a challenge to both the occasional player as well... We went to the dam to see the whole thing. It was an exciting visit, over the dam, steps down to the water, a giant turbine, electrical wires all over. Unfortunately the visitor center is closed. We really wish it would be reopened. Such a cool visit.

We rented a cabin. It was less than $60/night, and we had two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a kitchen, living room, deck and screened in porch. Everything was so clean, the towels were huge soft things, and the beds were soft. The area around it is gorgeous - perfect for walking, fishing, boating, etc. . .

We stayed here during the down time, and it was fantastic. We were there for pleasure and had business to do in Benton, KY. We choose this resort because it had a Fishermans special. We had a 2 bedroom, 1 bath full house for only $50 a night! We will be returning here next year at the same time.

I have been to KY Dam Village State Park twice now, and stayed in the cabins. They are big enough for 2-3 families or a small group of guys on a weekend getaway. The cabins are nice & clean. Perfect for that cheap getaway. Prices are very reasonable. The restaurant by the Inn is excellent. You are also 5 minutes... More

We checked in very easily. Everyone was nice. The lobby is very nice with a fireplace that they did not light until night time which was disappointing. We booked this ahead of time and got a wonderful Valentine's package. For a hundred and fifty dollars we got a king size bed with a balcony, deluxe buffet special Valentine's meal, and... More

By State Park standards, Kentucky Dam Village Lodge is pretty nice. Staff does a good job maintaining property. Rooms are clean, lodge restaurant is really good. Kentucky Lake is a great jewel of western Kentucky. You really can't go wrong staying here while visiting. It's right on the lake, offers proximity to Grand Rivers, and is just a short drive... Kentucky Dam Village State Park is one of many beautiful state parks which are well maintained, scenic, and a real pleasure to stay. They have renovated much of the hotel and the rooms are roomy, convenient, and clean, with a nice view of Kentucky Lake. The wifi which was free didn't work in the room. It was very fast in... More

It had been years since I had been here. The weather was very cold but the lodge kept everything nice and warm. The staff were all very friendly and the food was delicious. In all I had a great weekend
