We booked this room with hotels.com under the name Deluxe Inn to find out it was really Knights Inn.... First red flag. The room had no working heat & we were told at 9pm they had no more rooms. We were given a space heater that quickly stopped working. The owner then brought us her last space heater which was... More

I was charged 40% more that their usual rate supposedly because I "booked online." The room reeked of some room deodorizer. Saying they serve a "continental breakfast" is using the term loosely. This place is very run down. All the online reviews I saw before booking were good. Now that I am writing my own, others that call the place... More

The Knight Inn staff was very helpful putting us up for 1 night. The Baymont was messed up our reservations near there, and the front desk clerk Ashley called them to see if there was any vacancies. The property was clean, the rooms are outdated, but we had a good nights sleep after a long day on UK's campus and... More

This place was horrible. I did not feel safe. The area was not very nice looking. The hotel is very old and run down. The electric outlets in the room were so old that anything you plugged into them, wouldn't stay in the wall. Its such a saftey hazard. We even had to pull the bed away from the wall... More

Stinky. Feces on bathroom wall near light switch. Wifi worked great In the bathroom but not at all in bedroom. I only stayed a couple hours and I am covered in bug bites. The front office smelled like body odor and smoke. I hope i didnt bring bed bugs home from this dump. It should be condemned. Seriously, stay away... More

We checked in to KI Georgetown on Friday AM for a 1 week stay on business. This place is horrible!!! The rooms are disgusting and maid service is virtually non existent. We had to go out of our way to get clean sheets, and towels or to have the garbage taken out. The price advertised on the sign is NOT... More

We (2 adults, a 17 yr old, a 14 yr. old) stayed here, after a 14 hour drive from Tampa, FL. We arrived there after midnight, so basically just slept there, so didn't spend much time there, but found the room quite basic. What displeased me was the poor Continental Breakfast. We were offered a small, plastic-wrapped honey bun, from... More

Room was very small and smelled. Very old hotel with no improvement. The breakfast was horrible and I didn't even eat. Will not stay there again. Not worth the $55 I paid for 1 night.

This was the most horrible stay I've ever had. I had booked this motel several months ahead to be assured I would have a room for the Rolex 3 Day Event. I was thrilled with the price. Then 2 weeks before my trip the manager called me and said the price I was quoted was wrong and it was going... More
