Nice big room with a great king size bed. Pool was green, maybe should have had a cover over it. The fax machine was not working when I first checked in, so the next morning my fax came in and the young man at the front desk came and found me at breakfast and gave my fax to me. I... More

We have stayed a many Fairfield Inns over the years. This was my biggest disappointment. The pool was green. I mean real green. The hot tub had no heat. The room we had was a future suite that was never completed. One big room. 2 beds and one chair. The electrical out lets behind the beds had the clock and... More

We needed a quick, reliable overnight stay on a long journey, and this Fairfield Inn didn't disappoint Friendly service, with special request for a quiet room honored, clean room and public spaces, good linens, a comfortable bed, good TV, free WIFI, and a nice breakfast--just what we needed.

Below average for a Fairfield Inn. Room was full of fruit-flies. Talked to the desk that evening and all they said was they would leave a note for the days folks. Talked to the desk in the morning and they said "yea, we have them all over the kitchen also". No offer of apology or to make it right. Said... More

I stayed here two nights for work travel. The hotel is clean with a comfortable bed. The only complaint I might have is the noise from the interstate on the third floor. Still it wasn't so distracting that I couldn't sleep. Desk staff was polite and helpful. Overall nice uneventful stay.

Jerry at the desk was very nice. We arrived late in the early morning hours, much after normal business hours and the staff was very understanding and held our room for us. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff even allowed us to use their personal microwave, as we have food allergies and were traveling with a cooler. In... More

We normally go for higher grade Marriotts but we picked this Fairfield for the price and the reviews. The staff was super helpful and even gave us enthusiastic ideas for going to Churchill Downs. The woman in the breakfast area was so sweet. It was a treat to stay here. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was excellent.... More

Convenient to interstate. The day we arrived the girl at the front desk told us she just moved here and really was not helpful about the local area. I'm sure from what I read this must be the exception. Would like to come back and visit the horse farm. My husband promised we would come back and stay longer. Not... More

Like many of the Fairfield Inns, this hotel is convenient to the Interstate (I-75). The other reviews are correct -- the staff is very well trained here and genuinely nice. We went to our room after checking in and found the air conditioning was not sufficient for the afternoon sun. When we asked to be moved it was done promptly... More

Overall nice hotel. Breakfast is a hotel breakfast, nothing special but it does the job. The room I stayed in was overall pretty good. The a/c worked, room was clean, and the bathroom wasn't a mess. Hotel personal is great! They do whatever they can to please the guest. Celena gave us great recommendations on where to eat and grab... More
