I made it quite clear that we needed a room that was both non-smoking and had handicapped access. When we arrived I asked to see the room to verify that the room actually met our needs for handicapped access. I could see that was the case immediately and didn’t notice that the room was provided with three ashtrays and matches.... more

Welcoming staff at Reception area. The room was large, very clean and had two queen beds. There was no refrigerator as described in the booking so this was a real let down. The bathroom had a shower over bath and all was spotless. The laundry area was clean and safe being close to the reception area. The wide long corridors... more

What a great room, it was spacious & very clean. With a door that opened to the interior hall of the hotel and a door that opened to the parking lot & my car, it was wonderful. It made it very easy to load my bags in and out of the room. I noticed that a few people had brought... more

Spacious, comfortable room. Screens on the windows so that you could get fresh air. Average breakfast, fruit, cereal and juice. Convenient to the highway. more

We had a nice experience. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean. The pool was great with an indoor and outdoor area that is connected. Overall we would stay again. more
