I made an online reservation for January 15th, 2015 with Bluegrass Inn on January 6th, 2015. On January 7th, 2015 (after finding a better deal), I canceled this reservation and was given a cancellation Number. On January 19th I checked my bank statement, only to find that the hotel-not Travelocity-had charged a room to my Visa Card and told me... More

Filthiest bathroom sink you ever saw. Looked like the maid had poured dirty water in the sink. The drain was so slow the "ick" stuck on the bowl. It had dried on and wouldn't come off. Was disgusting to brush our teeth and was still there when we left the next day. Shower drain was slow also. They don't know... More

Location was good, close to freeway. Was late and we just needed to stop driving and decided to stay here. Definitely only 2 star worthy. Room was old and dated. Had the "old" smell and the bathroom was particularly bad. Furniture was old and showed much wear but bed was comfortable and clean. Heating was quiet for sleeping. Nice TV... More

Stayed there in late September while house hunting. We had a non smoking room, but there was an ashtray in the room. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. It could use some updating, but overall a decent place to stay.

I booked a room here and when I got there they were like oh we don't have a room like that!!!!!! It's a smoking room but on the website it stated clearly it was non smoking. She was like I have a double room you can have.

Booked two nights here for a trip to the bourbon trail. I go backpacking regularly and am by no means super picky about hotels but let me tell ya.The room was filthy (used coffee cups, mold on shower curtain, smelled like mildew). I discovered the mold as I was showering and immediately knew I could not stay in this hotel... More

My Partner and I were in Frankfort for two days and stayed at the Bluegrass Inn. Our expectations were not very high. However we both had been pleasantly surprised. The rooms are old, smell like disinfectant cleaner and not very stylish. But they are clean and the bed was very comfortable. The Inn is on a very busy street with... More

Was exactly what we needed after a long day of travel. This is a budget hotel so don't expect 5 star accommodations, having said that the room was very clean and comfortable, the pool was great and the staff was super friendly. I would stay again for sure!

Booked a room on hotels.com as a place to sleep for the night on a road trip to chicago. There were about 10 guys that looked like drunk vagrants boozing it up along the entire 2nd floor. Also, other sketchy looking guys lurking around in the parking lots. My room was on the 2nd floor near all the disgusting drunks.... More
