The skinny - lots of style, low on substance. This was a poorly made old hotel retrofitted with modern style. Some nice touches (couch,TV, breakfast) but lacked basic things you expect from a decent hotel (privacy, comfortable beds, cleanlieness) I would stay away if you are going with kids due to the lack of privacy in the rooms. Stayed here... more

Stayed at this hotel June 25, 09 while on a business trip. Check in was easy and fast using one of two kiosks located by the front door. The room was very nice, a seperate living and sleeping area, with a sweet 42" flat panel TV that swiveled for views from both rooms. The living area contained a large, albeit... more

We went to Cincinnati for a Reds game and were going to stay at the downtown Hyatt Regency. I then came across the Hyatt Place in Florence, and it was only $87/night for two nights (instead of mid 100's) plus you didn't have to pay to park like you do in downtown hotels. I read it was less than 10... more

I booked this hotel for a trip to the Creation Museum. Trip Advisor had rated it very highly so I trusted the reccomendation. This was a very nice hotel. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. I would stay here again. more

I cannot believe I'm saying that, but I do mean it. The Hyatt brand is probably my favorite chain and I'm Gold with ICN hotels (Priority Club). I'm staying here for work and I truly didn't have any expectations, because my work normally books me in rather decent hotels. When I was picked up in the shuttle, the driver was... more

This hotel is obviously a converted Amerisuites ... the quirky floor plan is exactly the same (sitting area out front, bathroom in a back corner near the outside wall). The leather furniture was a bit worn and appeared somewhat dirty, but that was the only problem. The beds were excellent. The hotel is just behind a Meijer, and the rooms... more

Stayed recently with the family. We've always stayed at the airport Hampton or Comfort Suites, but decided to give Hyatt a try. Wow, very impressive. Clean, huge room. Nice pool, great food and staff was sticky nice. Love the express check in, like an airport kiosk that dispenses room keys. Hotel was full and still relatively quiet. more

Stayed with my husband for 2 nights recently. Was very impressed with decoration, friendliness, amenities and large room! The swivel-flat screen was a hit! Everything you could possibly need (including the horsetrack) was incredibly close! There was a pool but we did not have time to utilize it.Will stay there again! more

We were staying here after going to a Reds game and going to the Creation Museum the next day. The Hyatt Place hotels are always nice. Excellent breakfast, big room and big tv. Computer with high speed internet available to guests. Many restaurants nearby. more

We booked this hotel to make a very early morning flight easier to handle. It was a big and expensive surprise to learn that the shuttle only runs from 7am-10pm -all times approximate depending on how many people are working the front desk. If only one person working-then no shuttle. They very gladly arranged a $20 cab ride for 5am,... more
