They lie about holding rooms and charge your credit card then say they say it is booked even though they do not have authorization from the card holder.The front desk woman is rude and her manager is worse.

This place is a dump....never again....we had gotten adjoining rooms poolside with the kids....there were big nats in both rooms...burn holes in sheets and blankets...hair all over sheets...one of the towel racks was broken and someone could have cut themselves...blood on walls....old air conditioners.....nothing up to date....pretty crappy to pay a lot when there's nothing good about it....

The front desk staff are unhelpful and sometimes downright rude. The "manager" on duty was texting while I was telling him about kids jumping into the adults only hot tub.
