First we booked the 50s room and checked in. The room was smoky and the door looked like it had been vandalized. We spoke to the front desk and he upgrade us to the Tennessee cave room. Indoor pool was nice but very busy.

Beds are from 1980's.. hard as can be. Residents were partying past midnight and we had to be up at 6 am.. the pool was good but they open to public for a fee.. the entire hotel needs an upgrade and paint on the wall

We stayed two nights (Feb 26-28, 2015) and couldn't have been more pleased. The kids loved both rooms we stayed in. The first night was the Tennessee cave, the second night was the pirate room. Both were excellent...minus the cold floor in the cave room...but that was expected. Allison at the front desk was extremely helpful, answered every question we... More

Like the large indoor swimming area, great for kids. Lots of water leakage everywhere but kids don't mind. Internet not working...been there twice and internet still not working. Will they ever get it fixed ? Our room had old sagging matresses that sag over 12" in the middle. Rough night of sleeping. Paid less than $60 dollars. If you have... More

I really expected something nice and unique, based on the themed rooms they advertise themselves as. Our hotel room was your average-looking twin room. The blankets were very very thin and had way too many cigarette holes. Minor, but the drink vending machine in the lobby didn't work. But that's not what I had a problem with. What was really... So i called to book the hut for sunday and i could already tell just over the phone that this place was a joke. My first impression of a hotel is always the way im handled over the phone. The girl that picked up the phone was horrible. Told her i would like to book a room and she rudely... More

My husband and I have been here 4xs. Our themed rooms have always been clean, with everything working, and we have enjoyed the room's decor, whirlpool tubs, public hot tub and tasty breakfasts! Yes it could be updated and repairs, painting done but for the little lower price than it used to be and to get away but NOT drive... More

First we payed $91.00 for a 1 night stay. In the lobby as we headed toward the room there was a huge dead roach/water bug. We get passed that and go to the room. Once inside the room there was another dead roach/water bug squished up in the carpet! Reported it and they switched the room, but the maid told... More
