This hotel is magical because of its setting, one minute in the bustling outskirts of Ubud the next in a wonderful quiet scene with rooms and chalets surrounded by tropical vegetation and active rice paddy fields. The staff are efficient friendly and always smiling. The courtesy car into town was efficient on time and seemed to be always available -... More

We got the Peliatan Villa, with its own private jacuzzi and gazebo. A King sized bed, and a huge bathroom with a large bathtub. The villa was really beautiful, would definitely be back and will promise to spend more time in the villa!

Very friendly staff and lovely hotel grounds. Some rooms looking a bit tired but the whole hotel has bags of character. One of the pools was a bit murky when we stayed but hopefully that is just temporary. If there was to be one criticism it's that the transportation into and out of town isn't quite a seamless as it... More

I am happy that you still recommend the resorts to others :). Thank you very much for your recent stay,, and deeply apologize for the shuttle service that looked so slow in service during your stay in the villas. Even the villas is not full on that period,, but the traffic in the front of the hotel to go to... More

When I arrived at Bebek Tepi the reception was warm and welcoming and from then on the venue did not disappoint me. The villa was clean and a good size. Evenings were made comfortable as staff put msquito repellents inside and outside the villa, I never got bitten once. The only thing I would say is the limited residents menu.... More

This was my fourth stay at Tepi Sawah, and it won't be my last. It was the first time I brought my husband and he loved it too. You walk in and instantly it's a peaceful place from the bustling crazy Balinese roads. Immaculately manicured gardens and soft music take you away to a peaceful place and it's impossible not... We have just returned from a week long stay at this lovely, personal hotel. With only 26 rooms, the staff address you personally and will go out of their way to accommodate your needs. I'm fussy with having a clean room, and the villa we stayed in was very well presented, lovely fresh clean sheets, the bathroom was very clean... More

What a lovely input that we have, and surely we will put this comments to our management meeting, especially to our chef and bar team. We know that we are not really expert about cocktails,, but we would love want to be 'one of the best' :) About the stay, we hope that we can built more friendship with you,... More

We stayed in the Peliatan villa for 5 nights and had a perfect time. The villa is very roomy and clean and has a spa outside (which does take a while to fill up but this is no problem as you can just turn it on then go and sit by the pool). The indoor/outdoor bathroom was amazing and absolutely... More

Amazing grounds and great swimming pools. So relaxing and staff were helpful in every single way. However housekeeping needs to pay more attention to the rooms. While outwardly clean and comfortable our bed was infested with large biting ants! At first we thought it was the mosquitos but on the last day we took apart the sheets and found several... More

These villas are situated a little out of ubud, but there is a shuttle service that can drive you in and out of town for most of the day. It's a lovely location, grounds, and the pools are pretty quiet. Breakfast is varied a filling. The room we were in needed a little looking after - it was like we... More

This hotel was Devine, gardens, pools and value for money, cleanliness and rooms all amazing. The service however was terrible. The receptionists do not listen, and constantly say no, without listening to what you have to say. She sits with a glum look on her face, which makes me question her understanding. Requesting a shuttle to take me to a... More
