Stayed here for 4 nights in July, 2008. Its a decent no frills Hampton Inn. Relatively clean, with the same standard hampton inn rooms, and same basic free breakfast. The area doesnt have much to offer, its really not a part of any "riverfront", although I suppose its near the river. The parking lot is shared by a liquor store/grocery... more

I stay at Hampton Inn's often for work. This one was clean, quite, and very comfortable. The price was reasonable ($122 a night). It was a very easy drive from the Cincinnati airport, and check in was easy. The staff was polite, and fast. They gave me a stack of delivery fliers when I asked about food choices. I didn't... more

We have stayed here several times when needing to be near the Covington or Cincinnati area. We always know that it will be clean, comfortable and the staff polite. There is no reason for us to look elsewhere! About two years ago, we came here after our son had a medical procedure done at Cincinnati Children's, and once he was... more

Stayed two nights at the Hampton Inn, Covington and had a clean comfortable room that overlooked the Ohio River, Good View. EVENING DESK STAFF was very helpful and friendly. They gave my son and I several suggestions on places to eat and easy directions to the various sites that we were visiting during our stay. Housekeeping and breakfast staff was... more

First, while the "Pony Keg Express" does share a parking lot with the Hampton Inn, it is itself pretty quiet. My first room overlooked the Liquor store and I did not see much activity there, much less anything disruptive enough to come to the attention of the local police department (or disruptive enough to wake me up). The neighborhood seemed... more

I chose this hotel because a co-worker I was meeting was also staying at this hotel. I was a little surprised by the surrounding are and if I was traveling alone, I would have turned around when greeted by the "Pony Keg Express" in the hotel parking lot. The front desk staff were nice and checked us in promptly. I... more

Very friendly staff. Room was clean and quiet. No problems with traffic noise. Good signal on the free wireless internet Not a great neighborhood, but had no worries as security guard patrols in evening & felt comfortable walking late evening. Indoor pool was small and COLD, exercise room was clean and had water cooler. Did have problems with my room... more

One of the best Hampton Inns I've stayed at! The location is not pretty (looks a little industrial) but the directions were great and it was easy to get to. The building, hallways and rooms have been kept up really well. The hotel staff went out of their way to accommodate every one of our requests, even keeping our leftover... more

This is not a very good place to spend a night. The hotel is right by the highway and bridge, with lots of noise. Also the area is not that good, couple of liquor stores just down the street. This is not a good value, $149/night but on the good side, you have free parking, internet and parking. Staff is... more

I would say the hotel was above average. I was there for 2 nights. The room was pretty nice and clean, not much of a view but I didn't really care about that. Price was good and the breakfast was good as well. My only complaint, and it isn't really a big one, was the beds weren't as comfortable as... more
