The outside of the hotel appear to be brand new. Lobby looks freshly made over. person at desk was more than accommodating. Hall ways should be cleaner. Room was large, bed was a tad hard for my taste. I will say this, if you are a Holiday Inn person stay here and skip the London HIE. More
