Two of us arrived late and stayed here the night before we did a full-day talk in downtown Corbin. The evening manager was a friendly guy who tried hard to make this a nice stay. But the hotel just seemed ill-managed. The beds were hard, the carpeting and furnishings rather tired. My traveling companion needed toothpaste, but the front desk... More

Clean and quick off the interstate. We stayed overnight passing through and it was clean and reasonably priced. Definitely eat at dino's next door. You get 10% discount with your room key and it was reasonably priced and delicious. 9 of us ate with pitchers of beer for $54! More

No carry-out stores although this mat change. The local paper had articles about the upcoming vote. Also, not only do you need to re-log into the internet every time you open your browser, you also have to ant time you open a new tab in your browser. The hotel is very average, nothing especially good or bad about it. The... More

On our way from Chicago back to home in North Carolina we stayed here with a reservations made thru' an online company. Our 400 mile trip took 2 1/2 hours because of weather and a 40 car pile up along the way. I was never so happy to check into a hotel! The front desk guy was so nice and... More

We hadn't read any of the reviews until after we had already reserved our room. After reading them, we were worried and considered cancelling our reservation. We were there for the Union College Homecoming, and had several friends staying here, so we decided to stay as well, and I'm glad we did! This hotel was more than adequate. It was... More

The outside of the hotel appear to be brand new. Lobby looks freshly made over. person at desk was more than accommodating. Hall ways should be cleaner. Room was large, bed was a tad hard for my taste. I will say this, if you are a Holiday Inn person stay here and skip the London HIE. More

We stayed the first week of June 2011 and staff was pretty friendly and helpful! Seemed like a nice hotel, we loved that they had suites with a seperate room with bunk beds for our kids! We stayed 2 nights, after the first night we got up and drove to Jellico, TN to visit my husband's grandparents that he rarely... More

This was our fourth HIE in 7 days, and by far the worst. We booked a family suite, just as we had in the previous HEI's (Fremont IN was *the best*), but unlike the others, this one in Corbin had no kitchenette, not even a microwave or a mini frig. The front desk person offered to let us keep our... More

Our credit card was charged for a two night stay when we only stayed one night. After several calls to them we asked if we could speak to the manger. We were told he only works at night. We asked that he contact us even though it would be late. He never returned our call. I was told by a... More

This hotel, tucked away behind McDonalds, is easy to miss due to the lack of signage. Be aware that the parking lot entrance is between McDonalds and Speedway. Before I'd even checked in, the woman at the front desk crabbily informed me, "I'm the only one here so don't bother to call if you want something. You'll have to come... More
