You can tell a lot about a business simply by hearing those three little words: "How was everything?" It shows that they have confidence enough, and that they care enough, to ask. Conversely, when they do not ask that question, it is also quite telling. Unfortunately, you won't know if you're going to hear them until AFTER you have conducted... More

We stayed in a 2 queen room that was larger than most standard rooms at a motel/hotel. There are 2 sinks. One is in the small bathroom which also has a curved shower rod. The other sink is just outside of the bathroom. There is a separate clothes closet in the room, college sized refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave & a... More

Could tell freshly painted-- walls and ceiling. Carpet looked new. Shower newly tiled. Other bathroom fixtures old. Sheets were thinnest ever seen. No adornments on the wall. Small window had blinds but could have used drapes, as light from front parking lot kept the room light all night. Would probably stay again if traveling through KY.

Very Clean, but I have too say the beds are very old and uncomfortable. I was not sure the linen had been changed..I probably would not stay at this hotel again, mostly because my husband and I have bad backs and the beds were horrible. The front check in was excellent.

Stayed here for one night with our newborn baby. We wanted somewhere we could park near with so much stuff. Room was clean and quiet. A couple restaurants within walking distance also a plus. Definitely will stay again when passing through!

The rooms are cheap enough, but this is not even Motel 6 quality. The place has been revamped recently, but still has a long way to go. At first glance I liked our room. The more time I spent in it, the more I noticed it was not a great place to stay. The carpet had not been vacuumed. The... More

When I relocated from Chicago to Charlotte in 2010, my car engine died in Corbin and I stayed at this hotel. Now, every time I drive from Charlotte-Chicago-Charlotte, I stop here to celebrate the memory by having dinner at Fiesta Mexicana, then spending the night at the hotel on my way back to Charlotte. I will end this tradition based... More

We were pleasantly surprised with the comfort and cleanliness. This is an older hotel. The room we had was a ground level room on the back side of the hotel. It was larger than most hotel rooms we've stayed. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Towels weren't top of the line, but they were freshly laundered... More

The room I stayed in was great. The hotel is a little dated, but well maintained. No flat screen TV, but the internet worked great. Within walking distance to a number of stores and restaurants, and even has a movie theater next door. BEWARE... My GPS lied to me about the location of the hotel. It told was off by... More
