I peg this as an above-average hotel because I believe you have to take the surrounding area into account before judging. Cave City is full of tourist traps and legitimate attractions alike. Surely the people complaining about the tackier attractions looked around a little before booking? I'm not sure why they'd complain when it's pretty clear what the area is... more

Considering we had stayed at the WigWam Village the night before this was a slight improvement, the staff was not much friendlier, the beds slept actually a little worse than the ones at the wigwams, it was cleaner and the indoor pool was the reason for our stay but other than that I was not overly impressed and felt overcharged.... more
