The location is gorgeous with all of nature's glory surrounding you. Great place for children with the water slide. I would just recommend bringing plenty of band aids and wound cream because you do get a few minor scrapes on the water slide.

Thank you for your review. Yes, it is a beautiful area this time of year in Kentucky. I am a little concerned about your comment regarding the waterslide -- it was not open two days ago. It opens for the season today (May 22, 2015). Can you please explain more about where the problem area is so that we can... More

We stayed here for our 9yr old son's spring break and we are soooo glad we did! We chose this area for our spring break trip for Mammoth Cave and many other close by attractions, but our son was having so much fun at Jellystone that he never wanted to leave the campground. (we did leave the camp quite a... More

This was our second stay (the previous was a year ago. ) We were in the area intentionally to visit Mammoth Cave (which is fabulous and you definitely want to do at least one cave tour.) The campground is clean and maintained but the camp sites need some help. They are not even close to level and our hook ups... More

We stayed in the Cumberland Cabin. It had everything we needed and more. The loft area for the kids was a huge hit and the kids and a great time relaxing and looking at the fantastic views from their "hangout". The cabins were super clean and the staff was very helpful. Even open the store for us for water!!! The... More

Myself and two kids checked into Jellystone this past Easter Weekend and had a great time! The grounds were very neat and clean, the staff was helpful and professional, we had an amazing time. The campground has lots of cabins but we brought our camper. The sports were large, we were in spot #44, up on a hill. There had... More

Stopped over for a night with the family. We all got colds on the day before coming so that was kind of a bummer. We planned on camping but we're NOT impressed by their "primitive" camping areas. Way too tucked way in the back and the upkeep on them made them seem like an after thought. AND at $29 a... More

On our family trip we chose to stop in Cave City for a few days to visit Kentucky Down Under and Mammoth Cave. We opted for Jellystone and are glad we did. This time of year it wasn't crowded which made it nice for the kids. The kids enjoyed the playground and mini golf. I did have to use the... More

After a long drive from Illinois to see the Great Mammoth Cave. We landed at Jellystone. We stayed two nights in an efficiency cabin at Boo Boo way and Yogi Bear lane. What's not to love.? Very cozy for two adults and a seven year old. Welcoming, super clean, and quiet. Mind you it was November the weekend before Thanksgiving... More

We always go to Jellystone during October every year, for the Halloween weekends. We used to go to Holiday World but have found that this place is cleaner and smaller, which we like. We will definitely be going back next year.

We had a wonderful stay at this park. This was our first time renting a cabin as we have always traveled in our camper. We rented the Cumberland cabin for the family (2 adults, 2 kids- 12 & 14 yrs girls) and it was awesome. Our cabin had a screened in porch, was very clean and up to date. The... More
