We go to this campsite every year, and the old lady and man always come and greet us personally. We always get the same site, which is big enough for two tents. It has a nice view of the pond, but the rest isn't as great. The Bathroom has SO many bugs, I try to avoid using it as much as... More

We rented a cabin with a deck for 6 days/nights. Supposedly overlooking a nice pond. Well the deck need repairs and the pond was dried out. The cabin smelled. We brought up our disappointment to the owners and they gave us a 2 bedroom cabin with a deck. Better but still had crummy picnic tables....the bathroom was dirty and the... More

We pulled into the campground and set our camper up. Turns out the cable TV did not have reception. I told the KOA lady and she said to find the man and ask him to flip the switch on the pole. I tracked him down (he was mowing) and asked him to do that. He did, but we still had... More

This koa is nice and well kept. The staff is great, very personable. The pool area and playground are nice. Lots of trees and quiet at night. We didn't have any trouble finding it off I-24, we followed the directions in the koa directory.

Very nice ground keeper/owner. Called first so had good directions. Tent was close to the bathrooms which we liked, but I'm sure there were others further away if that's your preference. This was our first camping experience.

Difficult to find , let me rephrase, impossible to find because there is no sign when you get off 24. We had to call to find out where it was-we had to uturn our 29' RV on a small 2 lane road. Once going back that way, there was a sign. We almost didnt pull in because it looked like... More

They actually stayed up and waited for us to arrive! WOW! Coming from SIkeston MO. (Lamberts the home of throwed rolls) we told them we would arrive near 8PM. They gave us directions saying the GPS is not correct to get there. Well... the bridge we needed to cross the Mississippi River was under repair and we needed to detour... More

Stayed one night here and this place is not up to KOA standards. Pool was cloudy and dirty, bathrooms need renovations but somewhat clean, playground not usable, and store not stocked at all. If you can find another campground in the area, it's probably better than this one.

This campground was adequate. The facilties were ok. The showers could have been nicer. The tent sites were grass with picnic tables and relatively level.  The pool looked nice, but we did not partake. The location is right off a 4 lane highway, so you will get some  road noise at night, but it is very convenient to the Interstate.
