Charming bed and breakfast in a lovely tranquil setting. Gorgeous stained glass pieces, large copper eagle sculpture on porch, fabulous artwork. Our hosts recommended several restaurants and we were looking for something special since it was my birthday - we went to Bowling Green to the 440 Main Street and their recommendation was superb. Our room was charming, clean, comfortable.... More

Very nice people and accomodating with our rooms. Very clean rooms/bath/house. Fresh cookies were awaiting us. Large living room to accomodate all the guests. Lots of games to play. Complimentary hot teas & coffees but no complimentary cold drinks but they did offer room temperature water. Room was very clean, bed very comfortable.. Room was chilly late at night, electric... Thank you for the review. Our guest and their comfort are very important to us. We do our best to make sure they do not need anything during their stay. Occasionally we miss something. Reviews help us to know when someone had a less than perfect stay. Reviews also help us to understand problem areas. We have learned to double... More

No kids please!!!!!! Too clean, too many antiques, too many instructions to fallow. Nice place if you are older couple who will not break the furniture, mess up the decorations, and do not need big breakfast. Every wall has little notes with instructions: please do not do this, please do not do that... I took my son there and was... More

As the name implies, our stay here was Serene. This modest home is filled with beautiful & interesting antiques, collectibles and artwork. We enjoyed walking around the beautiful garden and observing nature. The hummingbirds were AMAZING! We enjoyed our visits with the hosts. They are very welcoming and provided us with lots of helpful information about the area. Our upstairs... More

My wife and I coundn't have asked for more! The Garden room has a spectacular view. James and Debra are the BEST hosts! The setting is so relaxing we don't want to leave! A perfect place to come home to after a long day of exploring!! We will be back! The breakfast alone was worth it! More

My husband and I found Serenity B&B thanks to the many positive trip advisor ratings and it did not disappoint. For us it was a romantic and relaxing getaway. Debra and James could not have been any more warm and welcoming. The Serenity Hill B&B, which is very close to Mammoth Cave is aptly named...you can sit on the big... More

Our hosts, James and Debra, were warm and friendly and made us feel truly welcome. Breakfasts were delicious, as were the cookies Debra baked each day. When I had to say no to a plate of peanut butter cookies, Debra insisted on making another variety that I could eat. Our room was very comfortable and the setting was just beautiful.... More

The one thing at this B&B that stands out is the absolute attention to one's needs. When James and Debra say "if there is anything you need, just ask," they mean it. When I told them I was cold the first night, they immediately came to my rescue with a space heater and they also turned the house heat up--and... More

Really enjoyed the time here. A couple ticks off for running out of TP in the room with no replacement under sink, only one bathroom towel put out, and although breakfast was tasty, I found it to be a tad light on the portion sizes (probably a good thing for my waistline, but I don't eat out for breakfast every... We spent two nights at Serenity Hill and we loved it. Debra had fresh cookies for us every morning and I loved their selection of different hot chocolates. They went out of their way to cater to my husband's picky tastes and made us feel at home. The garden room's bathroom was so cute. If you are headed to Mammoth... More
