The staff was friendly, but I wouldn't recommend staying here if you like a clean swimming pool and hot tub! The hot tub had dirt on the bottom in every corner- looked like it hadn't been updated since the 70's-and was really not hot at all! The pool was green on all sides, and too cold to swim in unless... more

We were very pleased with our recent stay at this motel. The staff were friendly and accomodating. Very comfortable beds, nice soft pillows, xtremely clean room, nice pool and spa, and very quiet. We were also very pleased with both the corridor entrance and outside entrance to our room. Overall this is a very nice value for the price. more

My friends and I were traveling through on a road trip and stopped on our way to Mammoth Cave. Our check-in was seamless, the clerk was friendly and actually knew about local attractions & places we could go for a good time! Our room was awesome! Clean, Comfortable, & Room! The desk was 24-hours so when I called down for... more

We selected this hotel primarily on rate because we were only staying for a single night stopover, anyway. The basics are decent enough with clean rooms and the standard amenities (though the pool seemed pathetic; didn't use it). Breakfast is lousy, as others have observed; in fact the orange juice tasted like it had gone bad a week ago and... more

Just needed a place to stay for one night on a road trip and had a pleasant stay here. Rick at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. Breakfast was a little on the thin side, but hey, it was free, and the off-season, so I didn't really think much of it. Overall it was exactly... more

We stayed here earlier this month and had no complaints. The property is right off the interstate with tons of restaurants nearby. Also near a shopping mall (didn't go there). Our room was average size, clean, and quiet. There was an indoor pool, but we didn't use it. The desk staff were friendly, and we were treated courteously and promptly. more

After reading the only other review, I thought this hotel would be a good choice. What a disappointment! When we arrived, it was 95 degrees outside and our room was hot. No one had turned the air conditioner on. It took hours to cool the room. The bed was sagging and seemed old. The hotel in general was run down... more

Helpful, sympathetic, comforting staff came to our rescue when we were on a frantic search for a place to stay. Our vacation was turning into a stressful nightmare after arriving at a total dump of a hotel nearby, for which we had made internet reservations based on totally fraudulent descriptions and pictures of itself. The people at Comfort Inn consoled... more
