I made reservations online for a 2 queen bed non-smoking room. When we arrived at the hotel we were given a 2 queen bed non-smoking room. Upon opening the door to the room, it reeked of cigarette smoke. We went to the front desk and told the desk clerk who apologized and switched us to an adjoining non-smoking room. That room was worse than the first. Since we needed some place to stay and I really don't like to complain, we decided we would stay the night and check out the next morning. I explained to the desk clerk our plans and she said she could switch us to a king suite that also has a sofa bed at our cuurent discounted rate. We agreed to that and the room was comfortable and definitely did not smell of cigarette smoke.

While our room was comfortable and Stacy (front desk clerk)did all she could do to make our stay pleasant, I would not recommend this hotel nor stay here again. more
