The floor was so filthy we had to wash our feet before getting into bed. They only had a shower stall, but there was so much mold around it we didn't bother taking a shower. Furniture needed repair. Phone volume so low we had to use our cell phones. Had to call the desk to get a phone book. Spend... More

The first room they tried to give us was standing wide open to outside. Inside there was trash on the floor and shoe prints on the unmade beds. The second room was also open, had trash on the floor and in the shower and had BLOOD and diabetic test strips on the floor between the beds as well as blood... More

This is a conversion Motel 6 and as such it has some good points and some not as good. But overall, it served the purpose of an inexpensive stay while on the road south to the Gulf. I was impressed that the property honored my room request to the letter, giving me an upper floor room away from the noise... More

When we booked in - a pleasant chatty receptionist - shower head a bit low - but the room was clean and more than acceptable - what some of my fellow travellers expect from a budget motel I find very strange - no they do not offer sumptuous breakfasts and many other guests get up ridiculously early and run the... If you happen to be part of a large group you'll be taken advantage of by this hotel. Regular $41 rates soar to $100 if there is a large event in town. So that's how they believe you should be treated ... you'll never see me give them a dime as a result!!!!!!

Dear Fred M, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Like other economy brand chains, at Motel 6, our prices vary by location and seasonality. However, our goal is to always provide our guests a clean, comfortable room for the lowest prices of any national chain. More

Nothing fancy, just a room, good bed and clean sheets. TV remote did not work, despite front desks' attempt to remedy the problem. But for the price, it'll do. Numerous '6' types of hotels at this exit which I've tried...most were the same or worse at a higher price.

I had made reservations at the Bowling Green Motel 6, knowing that it was less expensive & they accepted pets. I thought that because this was a Motel 6 they would at least have a nice clean room for their guests....nothing fancy of course, just clean. I was totally wrong about the room being clean! When I looked in the... More

We arrived at the exit and saw their sign lighting up the night sky "$39 per night" just two guys coming home from a long scuba dive vacation only needing a place to sleep, this sounded great. We were surprised that the $39 per night actually means $39 per person. So our bill was closer to $50 or more when... More

Half way home, we just needed one night's stay. Check-in was quick and easy, and the room seemed clean. The decor was odd, to say the least. Weird floor, no art, vessel sink, and some type of oversized "sculptural" contraption to hold the towels. Walls of the paper-thin variety. We could clearly hear conversations in the next room, which adjoined... More

This is the motel we move to after walking out of our first one. Very small Continental Breakfast consisting of coffee and Cereal. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had a nice shower. The bed was comfortable, Heat and air work as expected. Would be okay provider two, Would not recommend for a long extended-stay.
