I am a travel agent and have stayed at quite a few places ranging from budget hotels to preferred hotels and resorts. If it wasn't for the fact that I arrived at 730PM and was only staying a night, I would have forfeited my "points" that I used to book this hotel and stayed across the street at the Holiday... more

My problems started from the beginning and this should have been a warning flag. I called there gave my all my information including credit card info and they said they would call me back and give me a confirmation number. They never called.
