Took a church group of 13 Seniors to this facility. It was absolutely great. The rooms were large and very clean. Breakfast was good. Management and staff worked with us and everyone was very helpful and courteous. We plan to visit again.

I stay there twice a year for a long period of time.. The staff are very friendly and great to talk to.. I enjoy the breakfast and my room is always neat and clean with a hand written note from the house keeping staff to be sure i am happy with the make up of my room... They are all... More

The hotel is very warm and inviting, even a fireplace in the lobby. The manager, Roy Rogers, was fantastic. He helped me out when I was in a bad situation. Didn't ask any questions, just took my word. You sure don't find that in our society very much these days. I will forever be grateful and would recommend this hotel... More

Before I begin my review, let me say that I am somewhat of a hotel snob..... We stumbled on this hotel by accident. We were traveling for a family funeral and were looking for something in Berea. I called looking for the Country Inn & Suites and was told that the owner sold the Country Inn name and took over... More

The floors creaked , comforters on bed were dirty, and the bathroom shower ceiling was covered in mildew you could tell was painted over and over and over again. On the plus side, the indoor pool was decent, the front desk agent, as well as the breakfast attendant were extremely friendly. The fireplace in the lobby was lit upon check-in,... More

Standard interstate exit hotel but convenient, clean as a whistle, quiet, and staffed by extremely helpful clerks! It's not fancy but everything is up to date, in good repair, and exceptionally clean. It's a great place for a stopover in Berea! We stayed there for the Brushy Fork Institute. We hope to return next year to the BFI and to... More

The room and building were well kept. Only drawback was logging onto Wi-Fi due to insufficient ports. Did not get a chance to have the free breakfast due to time constraints. Still a good experience and value for the money.

This is located conveniently off I75. We found the staff to be friendly and courteous. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast included all the expected from Belgium waffles to cold cereal, fruit and yogurt. We would certainly stay here again should we be passing through this way again.

For a Red Roof Inn, this was fantastic. It was formerly a Country Inn & Suites. The desk clerk, Billy, made sure I had plenty of decaf coffee. He suggested a great Italian place for dinner. He also came up to my room and reset the TV because it wouldn't work. Later on he called to make sure that I... More

Room was adequate, reasonably clean. The blanket on the overly firm bed was obviously a factory reject. The carpets throughout the hotel really needed vacuuming ! Breakfast was the usual waffles, cereal, greasy sausage, instant gravy and doughy biscuits.
