Went to Berea to drop my son off at college, found this Bed and Breakfast and glad I did. We will stay there from now on every time we make trips to Berea to pick up or drop off my son from college. By far the best place to stay in Berea, and the breakfast was unbelievably delicous. Rooms are... More

My wife and I chose the Pinnacle View Inn because of what we read about the beautiful view, the gorgeous facilities and, of course, the lavish breakfast. We were not disappointed. Add to that the friendly and knowledgeable owner, Dr. Ira Bates, and you have the added opportunity for interesting conversations (if you like) about the past, present, and future... More

Enjoyed our stay. Comfortable rooms with nice beds. Host was very friendly and told great stories. Breakfast was huge and good, way more food than we could eat. Location was secluded, about 15 min from 75.

My husband and I had a very peaceful and relaxing weekend at the Pinnacle View Inn. The location was perfect for us, only 10 minutes to Berea and about 15 to Richmond. The breakfast was amazing! I recommend the butter pecan pancakes. Overall it was a great stay ans we will definitely be back.

I feel like a fat, lazy cat-thoroughly satisfied and completely exhausted. Our getaway weekend to Berea, KY was everything we had hoped for. I love seeing people creating and being passionate about their creations. Of course, it never hurts to throw a little shopping in there too! Should you ever decide to go there, you absolutely MUST stay at the... More

Spent a quiet night here while traveling. It is close to Berea and I-75 yet is secluded in the country with a great view of the mountains. Lots of places to hike and explore nearby although we did not because we were on the way home. The breakfast was outstanding and the host was charming and very welcoming. They had... More

After a long day on the road, the Pinnacle View Inn was a great way to end the day. The host was very welcoming and interesting to talk to. He knows all about the area and is well traveled. The room was comfy and inviting and it was so relaxing. The house was beautiful and the area around it was... More

We arrived at the inn shortly after 4pm. The room was tired looking, with a broken smoke detector hanging off the wall. While the room was smoke free, it was obvious to this non-smoker that the rest of the common rooms were used for smokers. It was not possible for us to stay. We were charged our deposit of $50... Awesome beds, delicious food and lots of it for breakfast. Sweet dogs come to greet you, very quiet and off the beaten path. Wide open entry and the rooms are very nice. The caretaker is very sweet and we had a great breakfast conversation. Nice front and back porch. The only negative would be the ladies that cook we're smoking... More

We spent several nights at the Pinnacle View Inn in April 2014; the host, Ira, was a very interesting person, who had a wide variety of interests and well spoken. As a graduate of Berea College, he represents what is good about the school. Our accommodations were outstanding and the breakfasts were outstanding.
