Every year we have a family reunion in Bardstown, and we found this to be the most pleasing hotel around. Owned by Indians, there was a slight language barrier, but that did not ruin our trip. Dirty and completely unsatisfactory... I was traveling alone, but was put in a room that was furthest from the lobby, in a poorly-lit back section of the property (this motel has no interior corridors, only doors to the outside). My family and I had a terrifying experience. The bathroom wall had duct tape on it. The bath tub was filthy. Luckily I brought my own cleaner. First, understand that this motel and convention center has very recently become a Quality Inn, which may explain a few of the problems. There were many, smelly trash dumpsters located within close proximity of guest rooms. There were no drinking fountains within, or near, the 'convention center'.
