very disappointed in this hotel. Our AAA book also gave it a pretty good review and said it was a Sheraton. It is no longer owned by Sheraton which we discovered upon our arrival. When a chain drops you, it's usually because the hotel doesn't meet its standards. In this case, I can see why.

My hubby and I stayed for 2 nights in Nov., here to tour some distilleries and get a taste of this small town. We were happy to find such a great rate AND be in walking distance of the town and one of the distilleries (it IS bourbon country, so no driving was perfect!). The staff was welcoming and pleasant,... More

Nice motel, very clean, (passed my husband's "smell test" - critical!) Convenient location. Better than average HOT breakfast. Helpful, Pleasant staff. We were able to walk to "downtown" area, which was a bonus. Would stay again.

Check-in for a pre-paid reservation for two days took over 10 minutes! I've checked in for international flights in less time. Despite putting out the 'make up this room' notice, when we returned about 5 pm, the room was NOT made up nor were there any replacement towels, etc. I had to get them myself form the office and they... Spent 10/21 and 22 here while doing bourbon trail with friends. Rooms are OK not ours had no Kleenex and only a couple glasses. Finally got paper cups - no plastic glasses. Left at 8:30 and put out maid sign. Returned at 4:30 to unmaid up room. Called desk just for towels and glasses. Told to come get them. There... More

This is a nice place to stay when you are not spending a lot of time in the room. It was just what we needed, a place to sleep while we were on the Bourbon Trail. Great parking right next to the room. The room was clean and comfortable but a little dated. I would stay there again.

There is limited supply of MOTELS in town. The room was acceptable and the area/location is fine. Cleanliness was ok but edges, corners, and light shades needed attention. The carpet is pretty worn. The main minus is lack of parking. There is a banquet room and if it is in use there is not enough parking. We went out for dinner and... More

A good value in a town full of bed and breakfasts that don't allow children. Location is great and it's very reasonable. The hotel could use some updating but the rooms are comfortable and the decor didn't take away from the stay. We would definitely stay here again if we're back in the area.

I drove into town and stayed one night at another hotel that wasn't worth the expense. This is a nice clean hotel. Affordable and comfortable. Yes, the building is older, but they do a good job maintaining and keeping everything clean. The breakfast is nice, and as far as pet friendly they have a nice walking area with bags provided....
