Stayed at this cute unhosted B & B for two nights & enjoyed the convenience of the location. As other reviews note it has two bedrooms but there is no door between the two. No door between the bed and bedrooms either. So it really lends itself for a family and not a couple seeking any privacy. You must walk... More

The Colonel's Millstone Cottage is an ideal place for a night at Bardstown. It's beautifully furnished, with a living room, two bedrooms (one with two doubles, the other with a queen), a large bathroom with shower and jacuzzi tub, and a kitchen laid out with all the ingredients for a cold (juice, yogurt, cereals - hot and cold - toast, muffins... We stayed in the Bourbon Loft. Nicely decorated and the breakfast was great. They were doing some remodeling downstairs so it was a little noisy and smell of paint but not too bad. The separated living and sleeping quarters was a bit awkward but since the restaurant downstairs was closed it was not a problem. It had one of those... More

We stayed in the Bourbon Loft for 2 nights and LOVED IT! The bed was so comfy and having the large sitting room was wonderful for reading and relaxing after a busy day. The location is perfect for visiting the Distilleries and the charming shops in Bardstown. Just remember the shops close early. We dined with the Colonel and Margaret... More

We stayed at the Millstone cottage and everything was just perfect !!! (situation, neighborhood, wonderful cottage decorated with a lot of taste, perfectly heated, great bathroom, delicious and healthy food was for us in the fridge,....) The impression to be in another era the time of our stay.... My husband and I were fully in love of this cottage !... More

The whole house smells moldy and feels damp! Heating system noisy and smelly, bathroom/shower tiny and queen size bed is making squeaky noise even if you only move an inch. We did not sleep much and did not enjoy our stay. You are better off in a Holiday inn along the I 65. I could be a nice place but... More

I was looking for last minute accommodations for our anniversary. We live close so just wanted to stay one night but there were no B&Bs available for just one night and nothing available for our weekend except the Bourbon Loft at the Bourbon House right on the circle in Bardstown. Although there were no pictures of the Loft, the other... More

Cute cottage within a walkable distance to Bardstown. Breakfast was left for us in the kitchen (juice cereal, fruit pastries). The bathroom and shower were super tiny. I think shower was a last minute afterthought! But this is an old home. There wasn't a tv in bedroom, but it's not necessary. There was an addition at the back of the... More

We stayed at the John Fitch Cottage in Bardstown for a couple of nights while on the Bourbon Trail. The cottage was very neat and clean upon our arrival with some breakfast food already in the kitchen. The big jacuzzi tub in the back of the house was the perfect way to unwind at the end of the day, or... More

We stayed in the two bedroom, two bath Pioneer Park Cottage. It was very comfortable and so beautifully decorated. It was much better than any hotel room in the area and very economical sharing the cost with another couple. We definitely recommend the Pioneer Park Cottage...clean and inviting...Kentucky hospitality awaits you here.
