I've just returned from a 3 day stay in Bardstown. A beautiful City. Enjoyed the carriage ride and tales fm the driver, Civil War museaum and old villiage. Stayed here on the last night of our honeymoon in late Sept. Neat place, Bardstown has a lot of stuff to do--distilleries, museums, scenery, etc. The downstairs bar was loud, so we joined them. Breakfast was chintzsy. more

Everything about the place was great. A lot of interesting things to see, read, hear and experience at this astablishment. Had dinner there on Saturday evening 7/26/03. Was most pleased by the food and the atmosphere. The prices were reasonably for the quality of the food. The place has been beautifully restored after the disastrous fire several years ago. You feel a part of history eating in the old dining room. Would definitely recommend the place. more
