Just checked in, paid $61.00 with tax. Thought it might be decent, no defintely not. Room 202, Nail polish stains in sink area on already dirty carpet. Something was splashed on curtains, smiley face etched in ceiling popcorn, plastic bag over smoke detector. Fire Marshall should hear about that one. Iron not available until "after 9am". Parking is poorly lit,... More

This hotel is the worst of the worst in my opinion. I checked in, the place was dimly lit, smelled like something between musty and stinky feet. Checked into the room, pulled covers back and discovered several long black hairs on the pillow. Staff was VERY rude when asked if I could get another. The rest of the room was... More

if only the floors, TOWELS at which i bring my own, FURNITURE, were spotlessly clean..this would be the perfect stay.. if only the hotel was a little more presentable on the outside would draw more attention. front desk was wonderful. if only more eating establishments delivered..

My husband and I stayed at this hotel with our infant on the way to visit family. The front desk staff had the personality of a nat, the hallways were hot and smelled, we were given a 2nd floor room an we had a baby and four bags it was difficult to climb the stairs, we had the suite and... More

I had the unfortunate experience of staying at the Guest House in Wichita Kansas for a very long extended business trip and then returned and stayed there again to give them another chance. On the first visit, I found a crack pipe wrapped up in my towels. It fell out and broke on the floor to my surprise. I requested... More

Where do I start?? First you could barely get in from the outside with that door that needs repair. You have to yank on it! When I walked in the room it smelled like urine! Strong urine. The mattress is thin and uncomfortable. The comforter had a hole in it and when I asked for another they said all they... More

Room was very comfortable and clean, but breakfast definitely left something to be desired. Be prepared to go elsewhere unless your idea of a good breakfast is a small cup of coffee with a dixie cup of orange or apple juice.

I called in advance to make this reservation, wanting 2 queen size beds in the room. Being told their rooms met those expectations, I booked 2 rooms. We arrived, checked in, and then found 2 double beds in each room. It was very late at night, and with my elderly mother traveling with us, we couldn't move her yet again... More

This motel was a total disappointment leaving my family and me with an insecure feeling about what was going on within the establishment. Everything is done at a "to get by with level.' The first washcloth I used had two large holes in it and was very thin - I assumed it was also used as a cleaning rag. The... More
