hotel staff was very accomodating. I booked a room not realizing there was no elevator. They moved us to a 12st level room at no additional charge eventhoughwe got upgraded.

Usually when stopping at a motel they can supply you with something you may be missing, I needed lotion and they didn't have any. Haven't been to one yet that didn't. Great place to stay as you are passing through Wichita, KS. Clean room and reasonable rate! Travelers might become confused in finding the motel if using gps. Had to actually get off of the divided highway a exit later than indicated on the gps.

I called the 1-800 number for Howard Johnson Hotels to book my room...the lady barely spoke English, took about 15 minutes on the phone.
